OK, I had just a few minutes, and I didn't really want to work out (lazy today) but this was perfect. I know I need to work out every day, even if it's for just a little while, so I'm happy that I disciplined myself to do 10 minutes, and I feel energized now too. I liked the no-talking, just music. Thank you, Alllanc.

Perfect timing, I got vaccinated today and I don't think I can do a long workout or a HIIT with lot's of jumping and crunches etc, I think this 10 minute standing workout is perfect for me today with a sore arm. Thanks guys💪

영상 잘 보고 있습니다👍👍 점심 먹고 어느정도 소화 시켜놓고 별거 없이 쉬느니 영상 보면서 다른 직원이랑 같이 매일 하고 있는데… 직장인을 위한 점심시간에 할수 있는 영상도 만들어 주심 좋을것 같아 글 남깁니다. 아무래도 밥을 먹었다 보니.. 많이 과하지 않게… 서서 할수 있는… 10-15분 정도(?)가 괜찮을것 같다는… 제 생각입니다.

Having a hard time practicing the 15min full body daily stretch, this is like doigt dans le nez (finger in the nose) to me, piece of cake. I feel great 😄😁. Thank you guys for the new exercise video. ❤️🍒

전신운동이 젤 쉬워서 이것만하고있음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 식단은 귀찮아서 대충하고.. 지금은 보조제겸 영양제로 단백질이랑 활력포션모로실 챙겨먹는데 체지방빼는데 좋은듯.. 넘 날로먹나

I love these workouts! When Allblanc was first recommended, I thought for sure this was gonna be something difficult. Esp with all the buff men in the thumbnail! Never judge a thumbnail by it's cover because these are perfect! Great for the knees, easy on the back, and lots of sweat 💦

This workout only works if you are already in decent physical condition to where you can do this stuff and a decent intensity. I'm 450 lbs and have been doing this for 2 weeks with 0 zero improvement.

Waking up and doing more videos of ALLBLANC TV, for TABATA, 30 minutes and 4 minutes and more videos are added in my playlist :) every day is different workout and combined different workout. Love this. Using your 10 mins for warm ups before KBs. Working up go once a week bodyweight workouts and your longer ones are where I am going, I love the exercise combinations - they work
