When I read this the first time I thought it was so spooky. The whispering Wood. And it was like the first time meeting Jaime, who was captured. I don't know what it is about these books but they just make your imagination run, whereas so many other books seem contrived. What is the secret?????

Jamies hair isn't strange at all. At first it was warm and summer and all shades of blonde sunbleach with enough sun. At the end it is winter and he rides north even, so his dark blonde hair stays dark blonde.
