Stars are essentially balls of hot glowing stuff, so they can be different colors depending on the surface temperature. Like if you heat something it will glow cherry red at first, then bright red, yellow, "white hot" and eventually blue at really, really high temperatures. So stars can be most of the common colors except green. In our actual universe blue stars are the rarest, but they are also the brightest by far (thousands of times brighter than the sun), so we can see them in the sky even if they are farther away. The well-known Orion constellation has quite a few of these huge blue giant stars.

For the question about "fantasy series w/ the best food" (if we're talking books) it's *hands down* Brian Jacques _Red Wall_ series 💯👍 They are stories about animals anthropomorphized into warriors in a middle-age "knights & swords" type setting. What _really_ sets them apart though, is that the author wrote the series primarily targeting the blind/vision impaired as the audience‼️ (i.e. The author places *a lot* of focus on detailed descriptions/world building through use of the other senses besides just sight/visual which traditionally makes up the vast majority of "scene setting" for 90%+ of novels _regardless_ of subject or genre)

I thought those were different concepts like for example: In the first chapter of Harry Potter the topic is "Family" and the theme is "Harry Potter feels like an outcast" or something like that.
