as strange as it sounds for me to say, i’ve felt schizophrenic before. i also speak very similar to you, im not diagnosed with anything though. i’ve been in your position before, the medications only made me feel crazier. What helped me, is being my authentic self and finding those who accept who I am. I haven’t seen any of your other videos, but I’m praying for your situation friend

additionally, these medications simply exist to make money from suffering people. schizophrenia is considered a superpower in other countries.

Unfortunately this situation has been far from a superpower for me off of medication. I'm very sketchy when I'm not on them. But I don't shy away from telling people that having this illness has made me more perceptive.

@@seanpavlik dude yeah, i’m constantly paranoid or sketched out by people or just life in general, like something or someone’s scheming against me. I’d love to talk about this more, if we are similar, I can hopefully help you with the things that helped me

@@seanpavlik i’m also not medicated for schizophrenia or anything similar I used to be treated for depression but i’ve long stopped due to how it affected my life, just for adhd which i’m trying to stop. the medications make the illness “tolerable” yet not quite live-able if you get me, which is why I try to stay off all of them. It’s been a long process with the medications, and especially learning to live without them. But once you understand how they affected you, you can begin to learn to live freely

Each of us will have our own unique journey with this illness. Different treatments will work for different people. We shouldn't change our treatment plan just because somebody else says a particular treatment stategy works for them.

I agree, I think we definitely don't have to change anything if what we are doing is working. For me this is all a process in discernment. Thank you for your consistent support!!

Many aspects to treat mental illnesses: diet, mdma, exercise, n.e.t= neuro emotional technique, mushroom, psychedelic, childhood trauma must focus first.
