For the most part i have to get my S&C in with my boxing work. I try to take advantage of the days off from my job but i am planning to get a heavy bag set up in my basement so i can start splitting things up more because getting to the gym twice a day is not possible 90 percent of the time.

Hi. I have bought your program and looks very good but let me ask. There is very often mentioned about youth boxer but I am "hobby" boxer with little thinking about some senior contest. Is it good for me as well ? Thanks

As a competitive amateur I did several of their programs. Non competitive now and I still use alot of the protocols I learned from them such as progressively increasing difficulty of exercise selection. The things you'll learn from their programming will benefit you outside the gym as well

guys i'm new to boxing, or we can say i didn't even start yet, what are the things i need to be training for, for example in body building there is a lot of splits, push-pull-legs, or chest+triceps-back+bicesps-core-legs... etc. but what arethe things i need to train for boxing, i would appreciate it if someone can give me a plan or something, sort of 3 times a wek or 4 times max cause i don't have that much time
