I’m a huge fan of the Co-op team, but not a fan of this style of video. The content is recycled footage from the main channel and the voice over script comes across like a high school book report. I think it’s because Lizzie didn’t experience it herself so it doesn’t come across as authentic. Her aquascaping videos are great! More of those!

I went to their Miami location a few years ago and it was dirty, no one spoke English, and there were numerous dead fish left in tanks. It was fairly disappointed as I always saw them held in such high regard.

Theres a brain behind those eyes, like every chordate. It stresses me out just to look at them in an empty tank with nothing to see, touch, interact with. No space to excersize and use their bodies. I know we dont fully understand fish psychology, but, I assume they have needs beyond a box of conditioned water. Maybe provide even just some pebbles? Perhaps a leaf? Maybe even a whole plant? Additions complicate the care routine, but these fish are living critters.
