I can just cry...your stretching videos have saved me from paralyzing pain. I thought I had back issues but working on the psoas is fixing everything! I can't believe it.

Saved me as well. All the professionals diagnosed as sciatica but those stretches provided no relief, nor did icing or heat do anything. These stretches work, confirming in my mind that I have psoas tightness.

For me,a 59 yrs man with frequent PSOAS and neck issues these tutorials vastly improve quality of life so I can keep cycling, garden landscaping and other outdoor pursuits as well as neck killing desk work 🤕 * Excellent short, clear & concise instructions. * FYI, for me three goes per side using focus on breathing (15 in 15 out) works wonders; Thankyou.

As always, thank you for your targeted information. Could you recommend any exercises or stretches that will help alleviate L5/S1 issues? Also, If you could fit it into your training sessions, I have some collateral damage due to a left hip replacement that is causing weakness and continuous pain. Again, many THANX!!

I’m working out hardcore, losing weight and joining the military. This is amazing I can finally stretch the psoas region. I was doing glutes and double pray position for quads (glutes to knees, knees on ground), but nothing like this aiming for the psoas.

I've had a tight psoas for 8 years and no doctor or physio new what was causing all my pain, so I found a sports therapist and it took her 6 months to figure it out. I was in a lot of pain for years. I'm in my mid 40s and I felt about 80.

i have always tried to show people the stretch that saved my lower back. having the chair makes it so much easier. I will share an adaptation that seems to get. that upper thigh part really good. while standing, take the problem side (let’s say right side) and step up on a platform like two stairs in height. Take the same side, elbow and drive it into the inside of your knee, then rotate the rest of your body left and bring your left elbow and shoulder up high as you try and open your pelvis up. your shoulder plane should almost be in a vertical position. try that one out. from chronic psoas problem person to another.

Hi, I had a very bad osteopathic session that has left me in chronic pain for the last 9 months. I have intense pain in the SI joint and down into my groin and hip flexor area in that side daily. Worse after sitting at my desk. Would this help and be safe to try?

I do that upside down on my yoga stool, I put the good side against the wall because my so as has been knotted up for five decades from a motorcycle accident on the right side and it feels amazing I'm going to try it this way in the morning!
