Btw your body burns fat proportionally. You cannot lose fat in targeted areas, but you can stimulate muscles to grow in places that you'd like with the right exercises (or exercise to burn body fat). Fat storage is up to genetics.

I think part of the trick is not burning fat itself but strengthening muscles enough that the face seems tensed and toned, like during face lifting

05.07 Starting my exercises today My params: 19yo asian, 20 percent body fat I hope i keep it up for a week at least (monday wednesday and friday) Also starting low carbs(70g) and sodium(250mg) diet today, mb ill add cardio on week 2, so far just daily walks (2h/5km) week 1 wd: done th: decided to do it everyday. done, exceeded the amount of sodium tho fr:done sa: skipped sn: skipped (im devastated) week 2 mn: done tu: skipped wd: done th: done fr: done sat: done sn: done if you do the exercises regularly, then you will definitely get results. but it is easier and faster to achieve them by adhering to the right diet, observing the water-salt balance and exercising + losing weight (in the case of a long-term diet, the skin condition may change due to a lack of nutritions)

note that those exercises help pretty much if done consistently and successively, but most of the work goes back to you working on your diet and reducing body fat as a whole + drinking enough water.

I'm kind of confused on the purpose of putting pressure on your cheekbones, I assume it's to attempt to align your cheek bone higher overtime rather than burn fat; as it looks like your face is completely relaxed in the cheekbone exercises. If someone knows, please inform me. 감사합니다.
