Day 1 : no changes Day 2 : skipped Day 3 : slight improvements (I feel) Day 4 : skipped Day 5 : skipped Day 6 : I feel chin part is getting good Day 7 : my chins are getting slimmer Day 8 : skipped Day 9 : skipped Day10: I can feel my improvements Day 11 : skipped Day 12 : skipped Day 13 : oh my gosh, Its working, I have lost about 1mm of chin Day 14 : skipped Day 15 : skipped Day 16 : I am kind a happy Day 17 : skipped Day 18 : I am really surprised of my results . Btw your body burns fat proportionally. You cannot lose fat in targeted areas, but you can stimulate muscles to grow in places that you'd like with the right exercises (or exercise to burn body fat). Fat storage is up to genetics.

I think part of the trick is not burning fat itself but strengthening muscles enough that the face seems tensed and toned, like during face lifting

it works more if you have the right body fat percentage it won't work that good if your a little chubby like me just exercise and you'll naturally get rid of the double chin

05.07 Starting my exercises today My params: 19yo asian, 20 percent body fat I hope i keep it up for a week at least (monday wednesday and friday) Also starting low carbs(70g) and sodium(250mg) diet today, mb ill add cardio on week 2, so far just daily walks (2h/5km) week 1 wd: done th: decided to do it everyday. done, exceeded the amount of sodium tho fr:done sa: skipped sn: skipped (im devastated) week 2 mn: done tu: skipped wd: done th: done fr: done sat: done sn: done if you do the exercises regularly, then you will definitely get results. but it is easier and faster to achieve them by adhering to the right diet, observing the water-salt balance and exercising + losing weight (in the case of a long-term diet, the skin condition may change due to a lack of nutritions)

note that those exercises help pretty much if done consistently and successively, but most of the work goes back to you working on your diet and reducing body fat as a whole + drinking enough water.

Hi Issac, I have done the exercises with great results for just a few weeks. But i dont know whether i punch the cheek with too much 90% strengh. I felt that the face became thin and the bone was obvious on the face. So how much strengh should i put better? 50% or just 60% strengh is enough?

You all you can't spot reduce this excercise work but you need to do cardio or weight training with this for better results if you're slim it might work without the cardio and weight training

I'm kind of confused on the purpose of putting pressure on your cheekbones, I assume it's to attempt to align your cheek bone higher overtime rather than burn fat; as it looks like your face is completely relaxed in the cheekbone exercises. If someone knows, please inform me. 감사합니다.

It depends if your fat or skinny or mascular or skinny fat , beacasue if your fat u have to lose fat in your body first .
