I can't tell if your being serious and don't know about his musical side? he's been in a band called Tenacious D. The big guy he was sitting next to holding the rose and bald was Rage Kage and is the other member of the D. Them 2 have been rocking since late 80s early 90s. Jack black has an amazing vocal range. Still to this day. just search on KZbin "Tenacious D wicked game" either sirusxm live version or studio but the live version is best live version this year so far they've done. he's a very good singer and Kage is a TERRIFIC guitar player as well.

Jack has a really great voice for real, but he loves to put humor when he sings and I for one like him just the way he is. A little known fact, Jack's mother was a NASA rocket scientist and while in labor she worked out the mathematical formula to get the Rocket ship to slingshot around the moon to get the Astronauts buck to Earth when they had mechanical difficulties. Check it out it's a really amazing story.
