Found this stuff at a local shop Indian ran wow they have so many natural remedies im studying bio chemistry of food and Chinese and eastern medicine, I must say I’m stuck between the Indian and Chinese for herbs both amazing rich cultures in natural healing used for thousands of years… seems as tho science is backing up what the yogics and the natural healers have been saying… your food should contain your chi your prana your life force or at least it should be a diet rich in such compounds. An amla a day keeps a Doctor away. Amla is the king of fruits in Ayurveda. Such a Divine fruit but yet vry underrated super food in our country (India). Tell you the taste of amla is very refreshing! I've started consuming amla on a daily basis since last 45 days n I'm feeling great, will continue to have it for life time indeed. I grate an amla, mix it into a glass of matka water & drink, i felt this is the best way to have it after trying many other ways of amla intake Thank you for the awesome video ❤
