PROBLEM: Sugar is the enemy of the our body!!! Lalu na po yung mga processed kind 😱😱😱 Too much CARBOHYDRATES in the body turns to sugar.
SIMPLE: TOO MUCH SUGAR IN THE BODY results to Type 2 Diabetes and other metabolic diseases. Kung gusto mo mawala ang sakit na yan then iwasan mo kumain ng SUGAR & CARBOHYDRATE 🤔🤔🤔
SOLUSYON:
1. Start reading your BIBLE everyday kahit 5 minutes lang. Then spend Time talking to Jesus Christ in prayer kahit 10 minutes lang.
2. Start making small changes to improve your health by incorporating LOW CARB food in your diet.

AMPALAYA SALAD 🤤🤤🤤
Here are the INGREDIENTS:
1 can Century tuna in oil (drain)
1 med size Ampalaya (slice thinly)
1/4 Red Onion (diced)
1 tsp Lemon or Lime juice or
Calamansi
1 TBSP Mayonaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
🌿🌿🌿Make sure to let it marinate in the refrigerator for atleast 30minutes ... para mas masarap🥰
