I feel that it's more like both universes exist but the events are different, in short owl house and amphibia (the events we know) are each other's alternative universes, since the calamity box was seen in knock knockin on hooty ep and the crossover panel happened after the kiss and before the ep. That could mean that in the Owl House timeline, it could be that Amphibia never happened (the girls weren't teleported to Amphibia) since the box was stolen by Eda, while in the Amphibia timeline, It could be that Luz never went to the Boiling Isles or The Day of Unity never happened.

Consider that if you go by when Amphibia first aired as the date where the show began then it’s around November of 2019 still, and if you then take when the Owl house started which was in possibly 2020 at the beginning of summer that’s 7 months in between and a lot could happen in that time.

Technically we already knew the owl house and and amphiba were connected. We knew through a commentary track on gravity falls that Stanley Married a weird girl in los vagus years ago, only to be robbed by her and have all his winning cash taken and when the police chased after her she disappeared. Now we know that it was the owl lady because in a recent episode we see a photo in the human world of her signature with her alias she used in vagus. Now to connect it to gravity falls, we can see bill chipher in one of the books Marcy is flipping through when researching the music box, and we have a episode we’re we see a example of the one of the multiverse versions of the mystery shack,which we know cannon because if you read the spin off comic you can see there are other versions of mystery shack

*HOT NEW THEORY* :Amphibia and the boiling isles aren’t in the same universe *THEY’RE IN THE SAME DIMENSION* Let me explain. In the s1-2 intro, and several maps throughout the show, amphibia is shown to be a fairly small continent on an ocean planet. There is no mention of ever going off of it. So all of amphibia is that one landmass. The boiling isles is also a large island in the middle of an ocean, with not much more travel beyond its borders. In Andrias’ book, we can clearly see a diagram of other worlds, but the only part of the amphibian planet we can see is the mainland. The two could easily be in the same planet, just opposite sides. In this episode, hop pop says that one of the pictures looks like it could be amphibia. The only picture that is not just a blurry mesh of colors is the owl house. Perhaps he recognized some of the characteristics of his home planet in that image. Some people have asked why the frogs don’t have magic but witches do. In TOH, it is explained that all creatures who lived on the Titan’s body eventually evolved to have magic. So, amphibians wouldn’t have it. The crossover is real! Edit: Keep up the criticism please, it helps me find the holes in my theory! I want this to be flawless by the end, so if anything bothers you, point it out!

I’m pretty sure that a total of 6 different realms were depicted in that one episode where andrias goes deeper into the calamity box’s history, and we already know what 3 of them are: Earth, Amphibia, and most likely the Boiling Isles. It does make a lot of sense. The next question to be answered is whether the Earth from Amphibia and TOH is the same as the earth of Gravity Falls, The Ghost and Molly McGee, or Star vs the Forces of Evil. Those other shows have their respective other worldly realms, but they aren’t as likely except for Star. Grunkle Stan did make a sort-of appearance in Amphibia, but that would mean that every human on earth had a frog counterpart, which may not be true because Amphibia is not a total parallel universe, scratching Gravity Falls out. speaking of Scratching, Scratch’s ghost realm from the ghost and molly mcgee may or may not be another realm in itself. If it really was, there wouldn’t be much of a reason for Amphibians to travel to a realm of just ghosts as they are dead people which cannot be studied well. Molly and scratch’s universe is probably the same as the owl house and amphibia’s earth, but that doesn’t make the ghost realm one of the six. Since star’s world has pretty much no contradictions with amphibia that I’ve heard of, it is probably one of the six depicted worlds that Andrias’s ancestors traveled to. This leaves 2 worlds.

Honestly, I think the "mother of olms" is Valeriana -- and there see to be various pieces of evidence to support that statement. Most of them are in the episode "The Second Temple" where Valeriana has a cane shaped like an olm, and when she teleports herself and Anne to a giant pillar(?) there is an olm statue wrapped around it. What I think is that Sasha will find her and get new info on how to travel to Earth and also stop King Andrias.
