A recipe with pork baked in the oven in one large piece that surprised me with its result. An unusual way of baking pork gives an excellent result: juicy meat fried on all sides. The advantage of this cooking method is that the meat and the side dish are cooked together in the same oven. They form the basis of a very tasty lunch or dinner for the whole family or with guests. Ingredients and preparation:
1.8 kg pork neck
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2-3 tablespoons honey
Black pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp salt
300 g washed rice
2 peppers
1 carrot
500 ml broth
200 ml whipped cream
Salt
Black pepper
2 small onions
2 tbsp butter
200 g mayonnaise
Or replace the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt, which is healthier and lower in calories
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
dill
