@sessario9822 жыл бұрын
If anyone is wondering if this works, it does. Recently i changed my old leg routine with this, and in a month or so, i started to see the difference. I only do this 3 times per week and ONLY 1 set per session. although i also do cardio as well 3 times per week, but imagine if you do multiple sets. I cant do multiple, my legs die after the first set. The difficulty is up to you though, push yourself, dont count the sets but make the sets count. Quality over quanity babyyy, good luck with the grind💯

Oof that happened to me too and I had to go to school Update 2 years later: I ran into mental health issues in October of last year and lost about 15 pounds, then I started gaining weight as fat for the first time in my life. I’ve always been really skinny, and I had finally gained muscle, only to lose it. I mostly lost the muscle in my arms and chest(Well that’s where it was most noticeable ).Last month I started working out again, and I haven’t gained much weight yet, probably because I lost as much fat as I gained in muscle, but I have seen improvements. I’ll give another update if I ever come across this comment again.
