hi i just got a new hard tail mountain bike and was wondering if the Kirbebike's 1500w and 2000W MTX Rim Ebike Kit will fit my bike which is a Vitus Nucleus 27 VRS Mountain Bike in a meduim 17inch- or 43.2 cm as i saw dudestuff fit kit on a vitus but not sure what size his was cheers

thats the same motor i got from your site last year. i have put a kt controller with a 52v battery and 60a bms. i regularly run 3kw through the motor and it loves it. it does well over 35mph which on a push bike is squeaky bum tackle.

@@tarstarkusz yes its a kt sinewave controller and it does go faster than 35mph but im too chicken to go faster. mountain bikes are just not designed to go that fast.

@@foreverhungry84 Fair enough. If it is a high quality mountain bike, outside of the relatively narrow tires, I wouldn't worry about it too much. OTOH, if it is entry level or, worse, a big boz mountain bike, you definitely should be worried about going too fast. Besides, they are plenty fun even at 20-30mph!

If that bike is aluminium, it is very unsafe to bend out the dropouts. The stays can crack. Aluminium really doesn't like to be bent, especially not tubes. It's absolutely fine to do that with a steel frame and completely forbidden with an aluminium frame. Doing this with an electric motor pulling 1500 watts is going to maximize the stress on those stays.

I have a 52v BBSHD 1.6kw and 24ah with Panasonic GA on a light little 26" urban bike, I restricted the controller to 15 amps from the stock 30 for fear of my Sturmey RK8 hub exploding, just now it's running something like 650 watts nominal max and my bike still flies up 20% gradients at 25mph so I don't even feel the need for the other 15 amps. On the flats/commuting and generally I ride at 16-20mph as that's still faster than your average cyclist on a non ebike and I keep the 40mph blasts for the disused railway paths and offroad stuff in the woods and I never have issues with Police or the public hating me. Show some respect.

650w is the max power of my bbs01b 250w 48v. How can you go 25mph on a 20% gradient? It would be impossible with my mid drive motor.

I swear I can get this kit up to 72 kph on a flat road full charge man i love this kit just can’t figure out how to change it to mph 🤯 doesn’t bother me tbh eyes are usually on the road not the speedo haha 😂

I read somewhere that if you have 26" wheels and you change the wheel size to 20" on your controller, then the speed displayed will be MPH (even though it says KM/H).

You turn on the system by pressing the power button and after the system is turned on you hold down + and - buttons to enter the advanced setting menu, I can't remember from the top of my head which setting it is but it's usually one of the first ones like P02 or P01

I was going to get one until I saw the trust pilot honest 1 star reviews and the blatantly false 5 star reviews. Andy it looks like this 3rd party company in China is really screwing your reputation. Shame you don’t get any protection from buying from a UK website and relatively well known KZbinr 😢 it hurts me to say that after watching all your vids for a very long time now. 46mph with no weight on bike is not top speed. bbhsd 1000w with no weight on my bike with 48v17ah battery goes 70mph in reality my fat ass goes max 38mph

I didn't say it was the top speed. Realistically it all depends on weight you are right there. I said in the video I'm guessing this will male 40mph ish...
