Momma was such a great cook and Baker. She would have to cook a few things on her days off so my older sister n brother would have food to heat up for us. I wasnt in school yet so on Momma's off days I would watch down the road for my brother coming home from school. Once he got a whiff of Momma's homemade cinnamon rolls or her bread baking he would break out running. Such fond memories. Miss them so much! Thanks Tammy!

My grandparents owned a couple of bakeries in Dayton, oh. As a result, they always had bread of different kinds when my mother was growing up. So she never made biscuits as we grew up. I taught myself how to make them and when I was 60 years old my mother finally tried my biscuits. She thought they were awesome. My friend's Momma taught me to make them and I still use the same recipe almost 50 years later.

My gramma used to make "italian rolls" like these biscuits. She would have them ready for us when we got home from school. Her timing was perfect. They would always be warm. HEAVENLY !!! ANGEL biscuits is the perfect name for these. Love·love·love your videos and your enthusiasm 👍👍

Yesterday, my kitchen tested two MORE CVC recipes: THIS recipe, and Tammy’s three-cheese sausage muffins. BOTH are DEFINITELY 👍🏻👍🏻 and Absolutely delicious. They are easy to make, and everyone knows that food is the best thing to bring people together. These angel biscuits feel heavy, and like they would be so dense, but they are so fluffy and light. They are fluffy like a biscuit, but taste like a roll. SO GOOD!! Thank you, once again, for consistent, fantastic WINNING recipes! TAMMY, YOU are actually the staple in my kitchen 😉☺️

And your hair looks beautiful pulled up and back like that. Is so healthy and shiny. I'm jealous. I love it when you tell stories about your mother and grandmother and you cooking in the kitchen. It always touches my heart. Thanks again!

Made biscuits today. Used southern biscuit mix . These I never tried but they look so pretty and taste great I know! Bought those bowls Tammy. You were right - they work great with a blending fork. Everyone should have them both. The right tools make a world of difference to cook and bake with. You could do a book on all the tips you give us. I would buy that! Since the fork has been around forever, I wonder what took them so long to find out a very large fork blended magnificently. I can see just watching you use it, it makes perfect sense. Be careful with the holidays, it's easy to get lost and forget the safety aspects. God's Richest Blessing.

I love watching you sweet lady! I can’t wait to try your mama’s recipe! The Lord gave you bigger hands because he knew you would be rolling out lots of wonderful biscuits for your family. He just wanted them to have a little bit of extra love with that bigger biscuit! 😋 I still haven’t quite gotten the rolling technique down. My mama rolled them too and tried to teach me,. I think my issue is with the consistency of the dough, either too wet and sticky or too dry. Can’t seem to quite get that right. : i will keep trying:) Thanks for sharing:)
