Angry customer attacks electricians and gets arrested

They return with body worn cameras and a fight ensues. She takes some of their kit and stuffs it down her bra. Police arrest her as she won't give it back.

Good idea.. stick and carrot approach. Perhaps police should be issued with body worn cakes which would be deployed to de-escalate situations.
