The traditional Chinese sauce to go with Peking duck is sweet bean sauce, (Ive been working and living in China since 1997 and have lost count the number of times Ive eaten this delicious meal). Also what we usually do with the meat is to dip it into the sauce before placing it on the pancake, followed by the cucumber and spring onion.
