Very nicely outlined. History and methods both very strong. Loved your demonstration of the use of FRET. You do such nice work connecting content with lab methods. Examples could be much stronger. Cholera and olfactory learning? cAMP plays such a central role in longevity models and delayed onset of age-related pathologies. It underlies Type 2 Diabetes reversal through either calorie restriction or carbohydrate restriction. The effect of insulin on blocking all of this underscores the long term risks of high-insulin diet. Low insulin-> active cAMP, active PKA, active SIRT1, active FOXO1/3, active PGC1a, active PPARa, increased SOD, increased catalase, lower oxidative stress, increased autophagy, and so on. Homeostatic cAMP function is fundamental to all of this. Examples like these might excite students to connect their learning across pathways and also relate their learning to lifestyle and clinical outcomes. Win-win. ❤ What do you think?

Could you please help me by sharing my contents with your friends group/ college group. I put huge efforts in making these videos but unfortunately not a lot of people are watching this.
