Thank you for this video. I have had ankle issues for years and in and out of therapy. The exercises you have highlighted here are the very ones I have found very helpful. Thank you for this video, i am currently rehabbing an ankle sprain and this made my ankle feel nit as stiff

Thank you! Do you have any advice for someone who can't grab the floor with their big toe? (Injury during youth severed tendon to large toe so my balance can be sketchy. Prevents big toe from bending downward) I like how you put the toss and catch in there. Makes intencity more fun.

I'm on day 3 of trying to do this every morning (plus a 10 minute gentle yoga warmup, and a 5 minute calf stretch routine). I can already feel how weak and unstable my knees/legs/ ankles are while attempting this routine. I'll let you know how different they feel in a months time.
