I love adding breath to coordinate with movement. I never thought about strengthening my ankles before.

Wow! I didn’t realize how my ankles are weak. Specially the right one as my convex is on right lumbar. I felt it in my right big toe!

Thank you for this video! I've had some pain and stiffness in my left ankle for some months now. I noticed during this excercise that left ankle is much weaker. On the same side hip mobility is poor despite of my efforts. How often do you recommend doing ankle strenghtening in order to improve?

I have scoliosis in the lumbar - c shape, convex into left side. Are these exercises appropriate for this? Also, where are you based! Thanks
