I used dnp a few times back in the early 2010s when it was very easy to get dnp here in the Uk. And I gotta say, that through the years I’ve heard so much bad press about it and I disagree with some of it. Yes it’s toxic as hell but these fuckers are using silly high doses. 125mg of correctly dosed dnp can work very well as an aid. As you can still get on with your day to day shit without being a sweaty mess. Because once you get to 500mg + you really start to sweat like crazy and you can wear a t shirt in the height of winter, you feel that hot. Also, dnp has a compounding effect because of the 72 hour half life. So 250mg is like the equivalent of 500mg 5 days later I think, which is where a lot of ppl mess up. If they’re gonna take 1 gram cause they didn’t ‘feel’ 250-500 on day 1 and 2 and then up it higher, then well that’s gonna be an interesting time that’s for sure when your mrs is throwing ice cubes over you whilst you’re sitting there in the bathtub. But yeh if taking small doses then you can really get lean quick if you don’t do what most do and devour carbs. Cause it will make you crave soooo many carbs it’s ridiculous.

@@cencil6497no. I’ve admitted 4x ever cuz I’m not a liar and people make mistakes. Once was myself. And dose was 200mg eod. Long ago. And educated myself and immediately refused to do it again. There’s a HUGE difference between an acute mistake and adjustment rather than consistent use for years…. Knowingly (because if you won’t write in on paper it means you don’t want to be caught)

My friend ran it many times back in the day. He would only take 1 a day while doin keto for a month and got shredded. He didnt have any real issues to speak of except being really warm an stay hydrated. The positive of dnp is it kills cancer cells but it is possible it can cause cateracts in the eyes. 200-300mgs day DNP is safe and effective. Keep antioxidants high, run 500+ mgs anabolics to prevent muscle loss. Stay hydrated. 1-2 glasses V-8 juice day for potassium. 2-3 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off repeat.

Seems doubtful to just say that. Some of these dudes seem to not manage their blood pressure, you don't know where that's already at. Maybe the AC breaks down, maybe it's Canadian winter, maybe it's summer in Florida. It seems always risky to me. Perhaps closest to safe in deep winter and checking pulse and blood pressure often.

I felt my face fizzle as my body stopped sweating. Close to a heatstroke at a wedding in 38 C weather. ... Just saying God be with you if your overheating. You can't just put a number on lethality when you take something that heats you up, it depends on where you are and what you do. When old people start getting heatstrokes as is you on dnp ain't safe either.

We go through why in the podcast, it's very informational!
@erclsr
@erclsr 17 күн бұрын
The problem with DNP is the lethal dose is very close to the therapeutic dose,.so it's really easy to accidentaly overdose. Also it has a really long half life so you don't feel the full effect right away and it stays in you for a while. If your source didn't measure correctly, if you make an error in your dosing, or if you get impatient then you can be in for some big time trouble.
@philviz9012
@philviz9012 17 күн бұрын
Not as directly and significantly damaging. You can hurt yourself fast in a short window. And you won’t know it until it’s too late to catch the damage. Most of the time people think the fatigue and feeling is normal. So they are ignoring the “suffering” thinking it’s normal (which it is) and not have a reaction to something wrong due to that until much later…..
