एक बड़ा कारण जो बुढ़ापे के लिए ज़िम्मेदार है वो है हमारी cells का unhealthy होना। Cells जितनी जल्दी रिसाइकल होगें उतनी जल्दी आप बूढ़े होते चले जायेंगे। मतलब ये कि सेल्स जितनी देर तक ज़िंदा रहें और स्वस्थ रहें, हैप्पी रहें तो आपका बुढ़ापा देर से आयेगा। मैंने इस विषय पर 30 साल पहले रिसर्च की थी और कारण ढूँढे कि क्यों सेल्स ख़त्म होते हैं। सेल्स तब ज़्यादा मरते हैं जब शरीर उन कैमिकल्स को ज़्यादा पैदा करता है जो इनके लिए ज़हर है। यानी असमय खाना, ज़्यादा खाना, व्यर्थ की चिंता करना, पानी कम पीना, स्वाँस प्रस्वांस पर कंट्रोल ना होना कुछ कारण हैं जो सेल्स को जल्द ख़त्म होने वाले ज़हर पैदा करते हैं। यदि ये हो रहा है तो कुछ भी खा पी लो बूढ़े होगे ही। एक वीडियो इस पर बनायें।
