I would like to talk to you because I am on 2 meds from a neurologist and 5 (2 sleeping/1 heart stable/2 anxiety?) from the doctor. I want to get off all my meds. I need to tell you why. but when I am having a seizure cbd stops them instantly. I can't use cbd on one of the meds I need to get off. It's supposed to stop my seizures. I stopped them with cbd. I just need to get off all these meds. but I have been using thc to stop the seizures by hitting a vape and it stops these types from continuing. Big ones, someone else puts cod in mouth and its instant stop. I just want to be on nothing but cbd. I know it's all I need but I ALSO know im addicted to thc and have a reason to use it to stop seizures. Im going to overcome these seizures and when I do I want to get away from everything accept cbd simply because I know it works, and Im not "high" . I had 3 failed brain surgeries of them drilling 48 two inch rods into my brain 16 at a time strapped to a table having 9 hours of seizures a day and I left the hospital having to recover from less than 100lbs. today I weigh 180 and I can walk. I need to start running, but I can't yet bc it triggers seizures. If im off the meds and on CBD only, I will be fine. So it is weird wanting to quit thc but im using it to stop seizures that might kill me, while im withdrawing off everything and if I bail on thc right now im scared bc i would just be allowing the seizures to do more damage. I will switch to 100%cbd when I get off the arguing medication. That and my sleep meds first and then use cbd like it is thc of course for me. Vape and tincture. they used me for research because I have every type of seizure all at the same time and they last for 45min plus ....ive have 3-9 a day for a couple of years before I found CBD. But my neurologist recently...not too recently but added a medication that argues with cbd....A med I tried before that didn't work. my seizures were back bc I stopped them and was driving etc. ...I'm now re-fighting/re-building that in my body and brain but THIS time I want to have no drugs in my life. CBD as a supplement like my daily multivitamin :) thanks for your time

Im on day 20 of Cannabis withdrawal, the first 16 days were pure hell. Anxiety was definitely my worst withdrawal symptom, the racing mind and constant feeling of dread was almost unbearable. I was so scared all the time that cravings were completely non existant. The terror was so bad that getting high is never again going to be an option for me. These tips you provide here, are just pure gold and have been incredibly helpful to soothe my head. I have been binge watching your videos for the past 15 days and i cannot thank you enough for helping me get through this. I'm feeling much better lately and have a positive outlook towards permanent recovery.

@AddictionMindset I'm combat veteran with severe PTSD. Your videos got me through this. I was convinced I was having heart attack or a stroke. I went to the ER 3 times with tons of tests only to keep being told I was completely healthy. I didn't know what was happening. I stoped because it started to create anxiety I never thought thc cold turkey would have any effect, but even though it's suffering it was necessary something that in the beginning felt like an ally to my body was actually my enemy. I cannot express to you how much this channel was a life line. God bless you sir, and thank you for the knowledge you share.

I had anxiety, constrained chest, low BP and general mental disinterest in everything after I quit. Many days I could only sleep for a couple of hours before being woken up by my sinking/shallow breathing. These symptoms reduced only after I started exercising and eating better. It's 3 months now and I'm slowly getting better each week. In hindsight it's clear how much pot worsened my already stressed mind and body. I ignored my health to chase few hours of escape which worsened the anxiety during the high and after the comedowns. I found myself helplessly spiraling into loneliness and disconnection with reality. I'll never touch it again. PLEASE DON'T DO IT. No microdose bullshit no nothing, just cut it out of your life and focus on improving the only gift that was given to you - your body.

Same story if its weed smack coke or booze. If you start using it because yo have problems it becomes a crutch that you can't do without. It's like if there was nothing wrong with your legs but you got yourself a wheelchair because it's less effort than walking after a while you leg muscles would start to attrophy from lack of use and you'd find yourself unable to get about without a wheelchair. These days whenever I walk down the street it seems every other person I pass is on stcks mobility scooters or wheel chairs though there's nothing actually wrong with many of them. Most of them are much younger than me and I'm nothing special I'm a 75 year old man I've been a Heroin addict a crack addict I've had two strokes a brain tumour and a heart attack I was advised to get a mobility scooter after my second stroke when I came out off hospital on crutches but I knew that if I did I'd probably never walk again;instead I concentrated on getting the use of my legs back. Addiction is similar you get used to depending on whatever it is for every day functions you loose the ability to do without them and become increasingly dependent on them for everything

I just suffered 2 1/2 weeks of debilitating anxiety that I cannot even describe in words. Waking up in pure panic and ROLLING panic attacks that I have never experienced before in my life for days on end. After seeking professional help and nursing myself back to health slowly this entire time I just had my most "normal" day after 17 days. I wouldn't wish what I just experienced on my worst enemy. I was close to committing myself into a mental hospital, people need to be warned about the affects of severe withdrawal because if I had known I never would have stopped cold turkey. I've quit a drinking and nicotine addiction and they were NOTHING compared to what I just went through. I pray for anyone who has to go through what I just did and I hope to God they make it to the other side because I almost didn't. ❤🙏😭

Hey everyone. I know I’m 2 years late to this video but I am on day 5 right now and the anxiety attacks and panic attacks are kicking my ass. I went to the ER last night because my heart was palpitating bad and wouldn’t stop and felt honestly like I was going to die. All they could tell me was that it was a sever panic attack and sent me home. I feel like I am constantly fighting off and anxiety attack literally every second of the day. But now I am so hyper focused on how my heart feels that I don’t know if I can ever relax. I keep waiting to feel something unusual or scary in my body and I know it’s only feeding my worries. That being said this video truly put a little pice of my brain to rest now that I know there isn’t something actually wrong with my heart or body. Thank you for this video and thank you for these comments. Y’all are awsome and I hope your sober life’s are amazing. You guys rock!

@@AddictionMindset The least I can do compared to all the great advice you have been giving me watching a ton of your vids. Some things you said really stuck with me, for example the 'value your time' or all the missed out investment opportunities because i would rather spend it on hash and do pretty much nothing. also the 'celebrate the withdrawls' one was a gem to me as well - the addictions last chance of luring you back in. Really those lines are sticking with me and makes it this time a lot easier. I can sleep a good 6 hours a night and my apetite isn't that bad eighter. My anxiety has been through the roof. I cant sit still, mind is going 100 mph, sweating, stomach issues, insomnia, lost 10 lbs because of no appetite, i went off on my supervisor because ive been so irritable and now i regret it. Marijuana is just terrible for anyone that has had any past mental issues. Ive been here before with marijuana and alcohol several times in the past. In the end it always passes. It takes roughly 3 weeks to feel better with every day passing getting better but the process can take months.

@@alexthebeastxx anxiety comes with this detox. Lots of it. It's ur body throwing out all the junk we put in with the weed and or vaping weed like i did. As soon as I used to get anxiety, i would do breathing techniques and while I was going thru it I kept on telling myself, I will be ok, I will be ok, over and over. Next thing, it was gone. My heart stopped racing and my anxiety left. Meditation to urself is so powerful. But I'm now on day 73,.and I started a 4 step cleanse by Dr Hulda Clark. It consists of colon, parasite, kidney and liver cleanses. Believe me, once u do this ur body will become 16yrs old again. Because u flush everything and parasite that attack the brain which gives u the anxiety depression etc. My anxiety is gone as of 2wks ago. Hope u get better. It will go away.

Hi quick question, I've been smoking for almost 10 years, 2-3 joints a day 7/7 days a week, I'm 30 and I've just quit smoking like 1 months ago. The first week I didn't feel anything but after that I thought I was losing my mind, then with some medical help things got better but after 1 month I started experiencing anxiety again. I was wondering whqt are your thoughts on this thing , so again: first week I was OK, after for 3-5 days it was kinda bad, and now after 1 month since I haven't smoked things are a bit shaki' again. P.S in these 10 years my longest break was probably 2 weeks. Thank you so much for talking about this.

Can anxiety come up later with withdrawal? I’m currently in China for 5 months so I had to stop. I felt all the physical symptoms for about 3 weeks, but didn’t really feel anxiety. However, it’s been a month and half now and my anxiety is through the roof. I’m going through severe panic about irrational things that are not even existent. A lot of “what ifs” that’s crippling. I feel doomed and crazy. Is this normal? I want it to go away. Prayers.

@aijazsiddique87135 ай бұрын
Hey. How are you doing now? Yeah that is normal. I was also getting severe panic attacks about irrational things that were very far fetched. It is just your mind processing everything while sober and in the absence of the usual weed induced chemicals. The brain has to get used to processing things in the absence of THC now. It takes a while. Also you might get panic attacks. They recommend anxiety medications, SSRIs and beta blockers. Try that.
