I returned to your channel today for the first time in a long time. Had a major health anxiety 'episode' out of the blue that shook me and made me realise just how far I've come in my healing work. I was glued to your channel 2 years ago, lost to a profound daily anxious hell. It helped me beyond measure. I realise today that a sign of my progress was that i hadn't gone back to you or even thought about you in ages. It's nice to know you're still here, and indeed you have helped me again today.

Chaotic world.....FEELS like I / we are being Suffocated by Mandates........COVID POLITICS ruined my family........NEVER in a Million years would I expect to be alone from my siblings...... I love them unconditionally no matter their opinion or their choices. Evidently I don’t get that back. Very hard time when you deal with anxiety on top of all that.......🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️🌿🌿 I WILL Heal because I work on myself every day........& and I am my own best friend, and I love myself unconditionally, for who I am❤️

This is so true, the last past in which you talk about the unknown, the feeling of not knowing what I am if not someone who has anxiety and panic attacks and hypocondria. Sometimes i wonder what i will be without them, even tho i know how stupid this sounds. I expect to heal. I expect to have a normal life, because i deserve it and i know i can achive it.

You're so good!! Now If I can stop living so hypervigilant that everyone is out to get me or hurt me or take from me..I will be ok. Also, knowing I can be loved even though others couldn't show it. Also, to stop feeling tense and throwing up before I go out or meet new people.

I love waking up to a new video☺️ Since covid my health anxiety has been horrible causing agoraphobia. Sometimes it’s really hard to shower because it’s too quiet and all the “what if” thoughts roll in. Every single day I blast one of your videos or podcasts so I can remain calm as I shower and it totally works… thank you❤️

It suddenly hit me that whenever I am almost over a medication for my symtoms, I would feel extremely anxious that I am still not healing when in fact I can see progress. It is the unfamiliarity of my inner child with the new feelings and the new health of our body. This is very revealing as I was wondering why I would feel this way each and every time. Bro you have to eventually get to a mindset and place where you are tired of living in fear. For example, "if these sensations are going to kill me well than thats just going to have to happen because i refuse to live another day like this"
@hugo3conde3 жыл бұрын
@@gabe5892 Definitely ! its so much easier said than done. I dont want to die - I am young and have 3 kids - if we didnt care about life - we wouldnt be dealing with this stupid anxiety. This really sucks.
@gabe58923 жыл бұрын
@@hugo3conde understand man i still deal with health anxiety myself. full acceptance is key. And also got to start thinking about how you want your life to look like. One thing I noticed that was my main concern about dying was that if I'm not living a fulfilling life right now than i definitely dont want to go out like this. But once you address that you just have to accept that death is a part of life and whatever you believe about death that is so negative simply isnt true.. this is all stuff i learned from one of his programs btw. I would highly recommend it.
@hugo3conde3 жыл бұрын
@@gabe5892 definitely - all these sensations/symptoms are so overwhelming - they are here 24/7 and I just cant seem to get better. I may need to start taking medication because it seems like I cannot deal with this on my own. Constant twitching, pain all over, dizziness, stomach issues, headaches, eye issues, numbness, weakness, as a man this really breaks me - feeling like this in front of my family .. everyday breaking down.
@gabe58923 жыл бұрын
@@hugo3conde bro in that case go to a doctor' and schedule a physical exam get the blood work done... And if you are medically cleared then its time to get on the program and address ur anxiety. I remember over a year ago i was in the exact same place truly convinced something was wrong with me and almost the whole day living in terror with the inability to relax. It does get better when u start learning the truth. Good luck to you.

If the goal of healing anxiety is to express repressed emotions then why can't I express all the anger and indignation about my parents mistreatment for decades? I feel there is a contradiction here expecting us to Forgive and understand our parents/ perpetrators first before us processing, resolving, releasing all those repressed emotions. Forgiveness doesn't mean continue repressing my feelings in front of my parents. Forgiveness means allowing my repressed anger, frustration etc and even confronting my parents in a healthy way about their mistreatment and forgiveness even means cutting contact uf they continue the emotional mistreatment. Forgiveness shouldn't be thrown freely here as advice before really understanding how resolving trauma really works.
