Anyone Can Build This Simple Fun Cabin! DIY | Step by Step | Start to Finish Recap (Ep11)

Well who would have thought photoshop editor is more difficult than making a video! Here you have it folks: the worlds worst thumbnail picture to advertise this video.
This is a recap of my first summer in the bush. I cut through all the nitty gritty of the year and show a sped up version of building something fun and quick.

Nice job on the stairs ! My Dad came from a family of carpenters and his specialty was oak spiral stairs, before the days of power miter boxes. I like how you swing the hammer, one of the first things my Dad taught me was, it's all in the wrist !

I really enjoyed the recap. Great job on splicing the videos together. You showed all the key elements of the build. I really like the simple design single slop roof is always easier to build and keep water tight. Also the porch roof design looks great and is very practical. Have you plan on how to source water / power in your "cabin"? otherwise, you're just inside a dark box at night with no bathroom or kitchen. Souces of water: could pipe from the lake or build a device to collect rain water. Re: power, could use solar or wind to convert to electric, both are free. Third option, hydro is another option for power. Re: rain water collection, you just need water filters and uv lights to clean the water. Hope it helps.

You make it seem so easy. Great work! Promise me you'll take necessary steps to better position your stove, including backdrop either using rocks or metal -- my first husband was a fireplace installer -- yeah, I learned how to install those puppies in my early 20s, pretty syre regs are still the same. Fire safety first :)

Look buddy maybe next time you can build a less sturdy cabin so like a mild storm rips it apart? I am the consumer I want to see somebody living in a crappy cabin that gets ripped apart in a rain storm just an idea that would get tons of use, there’s no way that you’re going to be struggling in the shed ! As a consumer, I want to see the struggle

Hi Shauna. Each video has episode # at the end of the title of all the videos ie: I hate My Job and Quit Ep12... I think the video with wrecked porch was Ep12...possibly 13
