That Utility knife would make an good "caper" for deer. It's not too long and with a good flat forward edge to lift the skin around the antlers to get a good cape.

Speaking of knife sharpening, would you consider a video of sharing your method of sharpening and maintaining knives?

@@patrickflowers9140 i use my 2x72 grinder to make the edge. Then i sharpen til i have a bur on one edge. Then i finish with a diamond stone. :)
