Omg I was lookimg for a baked version. Most I’ve viewed are fried and I’d rather pop in the oven. But was is the after baked texture of the flour tortilla was bathed in the sauce? Hope to hear from send

It doesn’t have the crispness that frying would but the texture is soft and the sauce gives good flavor.
