slim butt - yes that's the magic work i cannot find any workout here that is for this - to slim the butt and thighs, everyone is going for bigger, wider butt or hips etc.. I will try this later - LOVE FROM SINGAPORE ...

it clearly slimmed down my thighs, not REDUCED drastically, there is a difference. it has helped tone my legs effectively, i bet i'll see incredible results by doing this regularly

ok so i have been doing these exercises for two weeks now and i just measured my thighs and calves and i've lost 1 cm on both!! i know it's not a huge amount but seriously i did not think it would work this fast! i'm really motivated to continue doing these.

I started this yesterday.. Day 1: ✔️..lil bit exhausted.. Day 2: ✔️ feeling better today..not that exhausted..(pray for me guys) Day 3:✔️..not exhausted but having lil bit pain on thighs.. Day 4:✔️..today I'm not exhausted nor I'm having the pain..I feel normal today.. today's like an achievement for me.. Day 5:✔️..but IDK why I was feeling lil demotivated today 😔..I was about to skip today but still did it Day 6:✔️ Day 7:✔️ 1 week update: I measured it and it reduced 1 cm.. (I was severely sick for a few weeks..I had to see a doctor..I was on meds for a few weeks..now I've recoverd but still my meds are going.. I'll start this exercise again..it really helps.. hopefully you guys are all fine.. thanks for the motivation) I'll keep you updating 😉😉

@@lordvoldemort3843 I'm probably too late, but I'm pretty sure it means to exhale slowly as you lift up your leg. When your muscles are contracting you need to exhale.

I run every morning 15-20 minutes, I try to eat healthier, I cut out sugar as much as I can. BOTH THIGHS: 60cm / 23,6 inch CALVES: 40cm / 15,7 inch day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: ✅ day 14: ✅ RESULTS: sooo eventually I gave up running, but I cut out sugar as much as I could. I had some cheat meals to be honest lol. So here goes… LEFT THIGH: 57cm / 22,4 inch RIGHT THIGH: 57,6cm / 22,6 inch CALVES: 38cm / 14,9 inch KEEP IN MIND that I also did the 3 minute calf exercise by Lilly Sabri. I’ll continue doing this workout! Don’t give up after 1 or 2 weeks, it takes time for your body to change. Good luck! 🤍

Day 1 ! the first exercises were difficult but I really enjoyed this. I sweated a lot ! I will update tomorrow :) Day 2 ! it was easier than yesterday ! my legs look already more straight and my gluteus look more plump and lifted Day 3 ! my legs hurt :') The squads were so difficult :')))) I would recommend to do some frog sits after this. Day 4 ! it was the easiest day. I had no probleem following the routine. btw my legs are starting to look thinner :) Day 5! btw I take a break every 2 days :) Day 6 ! it was hard my legs look smaller Day 7 ! it went smooth Day 8 ! my calves are a little wider I'm adding a stretch routine Day 9 ! my legs look longer ! I will not be able to finish this I started a new job and don't have time left but this really works !! you can see a difference but please add a stretch routine good luck !!

I did this for a week and my feet muscles started getting very bulcky :/ I recommend doing stretching exercises along with this workout to prevent that

*I have also been doing the shape/slim butt & legs in 14 days workout and the 7 day thigh gap workout Before: - Hips: 86cm - Thigh: 49cm - Calf: 32cm Day 1: complete Day 2: complete! Day 3: I was busy but I'll do it two times tomorrow :") Day 4: complete x 2 *Note*: I'm not really shaking all over when I finish the exercises I'm actually just sweating all over... Day 5: complete! I wore actual workout clothes today and it really motivated me- maybe I'll complete this again later today. Day 6: complete! After completing it tomorrow I will measure my legs as a check in. I'm pretty skeptical since I feel like I'm not doing the workouts correctly... I only stretch a bit afterwards, I don't diet or eat extremely healthily, and I never do the timing for the breathing properly :/ Day 7: complete!! Check in: - Hips: 85cm - Thigh: 47cm - Calf: 33cm (but I'm not sure if I measured properly the first time) Day 8: I was busy :( Also: I think I was too happy that this exercise actually worked so then I binge ate a lot :/ now I regret it and I think I gained back my original measurements Day 9: complete! Day 10: I was busy again but I did about half of the video. Day 11: Again, only did a bit of the video because I had no time. :( Becoming skeptical about if I'm going to lose any weight again. Day 12: I did half of it again Day 13: I was busy :( Day 14: I did a bit of it because I hardly have time these days... I didn't bother checking in because I'm sure I just gained back everything I lost already. I ate a lot and barely exercised. Day 15: complete! Day 16: nope Day 17: nope :( Day 18: i did half of it Day 19: I did half again (I have no time to do anything these days) Day 20: complete! Day 21: half - complete After: - Hips: 85cm - Thigh: 46.5cm - Calf: 33cm notes: i still keep trying to find time to do this every day and i hope i will see more results soon! don't forget to stay hydrated and don't push yourself too hard. good luck!

When schools reopen, I don't want to have fat legs. That's why I'm going to try it too! (I don't need it, but it would be nice if you remind me :3 ) Day 1- It was a bit difficult, but it felt good! (⭐💨) Day 2- Today is a little easier than yesterday. I feel incredible! (😵💥) Day 3- Done! (👀🔥) Day 4- ❌ Day 5- I didn't do it but i walked a lot today. (😶🚶) Day 6-Yes! I see some difference. Thank you April for your wonderful exercises!! They're extremely effective and not overly demanding, making me not wanna quit. I did this vid and also your 20 min HIIT for 4 weeks (only 3-4 times a week bc of school) and also restricted my diet, and pants that I previously could only pull up to my thighs I can now fully button! You're truly a life saver ❤️✨

大腿:56 小腿:33 Day 1: ✅ with ( 5min lower belly + 20min standing hitt) Day 2: ❌ ( too tired and only did a 30min walk) Day 3: ❌( busy schedule) Day 4: ✅ with ( 5min lower belly + 20min standing hitt) a bit lazy at first , but force myself to workout Day 5: ✅ wanted to see my results so i must workout (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) 52.74kg Day 6: ✅ my BF joined me to workout together (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) Day 7: ✅ did our 2nd work out together (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) Day 8 : ❌ Busy schedule Day 9: ✅ did our 3rd workout together at the balcony we found it easier this time (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) Day 10: ❌ another rest day !!!! Busy schedule Day 11: ✅ work out together after work, body is lazy, but don’t wanna give up here (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) Day 12: ✅ working out myself today!!!! I want my results!!!! No pain no gain (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) Day 13: ✅ work out right after my busy day !!! (+5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) start to see some shape !!! day 1 : done it day 2 : still done it, my legs dont feel hurt anymore day 3 : i dont feel tired after finishing these exercises anymore day 4 : still complete all these exercises day 5 : complete all day 6 : done it day 7 : did it day 8 : done it day 9 : done it day 10 : done it day 11 : done it day 12 : done it day 13 : done it day 14 : just changellenge complete. I dont measure or care about my leg size dat much. I just do it as normal exercise

I've been doing this for the last 2 months. You can't really see the results but you feel much stronger in the abs and I feel like I have a better balance. I'm still planning to do this since it's a light exercise. Don't forget to stretch before and after - it feels much better^^

Well i maintain a strict diet but no results. Disappointed Day:11 done Day:12 done Day:13 done Day:14 done. Well today i wore my normal jeans and t shirt. Shocking i felt that i look slimmer and my mom said too. I will keep giving the updates until i get the body i want Day:15 done

I stumbled across your channel (like many others I guess) while doing workouts from Emi Wong. In my case those workouts work best when it comes to quick results but yours are another dimension. The way you explain the body and it's function while combining the exercises with breathing is really soothing while I do your workouts. So I decided to combine both of you. I'm doing this so that I can wear what I like for an event! I will start today! I will be doing her other workouts as well..I will list down everything (if I can) Please Remind me in case I don't find my comment! 🌸 Day 1 : Done ✅ Day 2 : Done ✅ Day 3 : Done ✅ Guys I skipped some days Because I was busy..I started to continue again yesterday so I'll update from now on ✨ UPDATE : I know I'm late! Guys I did this work out for a week and for now I'm working on my Overall Health than just my legs, I am now doing exercises for my better health more than just to pull out the stereotypical Figure, I did calculated my BMI and my weight states Normal..Like if I decrease 2 kilos in my weight, Then it says underweight, Being underweight or obese is both not good! I wanna stay Normal, Thats it! I'd recommend you to do a BMI test too and see if your Obese or not in case you wonder about whether you're underweight or overweight...And if your weight id normal, Don't stop doing Exercises, It really helps making your bones strong and you'll definitely be more powerful than before, I know most of you doing this are women so Dont you think WE WOMEN SHOULD BE STRONG ENOUGH? Shouldn't be that strong both mentally & Physically to never ask help from Our Father and/or Brother and/or Husband/Boyfriend? Yeah Keep doing exercises and do them for Yourself and NOT TO FIT THE STEREOTYPES! Be happy with what you are, And Yes, When it comes to health, Never be happy with bad health thinking we are beautiful in our own way, Obese & and being underweight both Brings a lot of diaseases with it so stay happy with good health & if its not good, Be happy while making it better! Ok Long message guys but I needed to say this, People say being different is okay, But that required more Explanation!

Omg guys this workout is so effective!!! I did it for a week and... CALVES: right: 41.5 cm ---> 40 cm left: 42 cm ---> 41 cm (prob this is the worst result because I hate my calves and I want them to be a waaaay slimmer) THIGHTS right 54 cm ---> 51 cm left 54.5 cm ---> 50 cm SADDLEBAGS 101,5 cm ---> 98.5 cm Butt 104 cm --> 101 cm Hips 94 cm ---> 91 cm I will keep on doing it! It works and it doesn't make you sweat a lot during summertime.

It's D2 of my workout......it's doable....I was able to do almost all the exercise...let's hope to see a difference before my birthday comes the next month end... 🥰 Day 3: I was exhausted and my thighs were on fire... never thought my legs would be literally vibrating !

(24-10-2021) Hip - 43 inches 108 cm Thigh - 27 inches 63 cm Calves - 15-16 inches 40 cm Day 1 - ✅ Done. Do this twice but didn't stretch. And with Saddle Bag and Thigh workout. Day 2 - ✅ Done. Day 3 - I did more than half before dinner🍽. Day 4 - I had done for today. I did this after getting up. Day 5 - Done. Did this before lunch. Day 6 - I was a little busy. So I didn't do. Day 7 - Done. Do this at 5.✅ Finally a week challenge is done. Proud. Day 8 - I didn't do. Cuz I hanged out with my family. ❌ Day 9 - Proudly, I did. I did. This went smoothly without hitch. ✅

I can see some changes happening in my leg Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅ Results: My thighs have a gap now... I can freely walk.. I'm so much happy.. My only insecurity is my thighs and i wanted to try out this exercise so... Starting weight:58 Goal:-50 Diet:-I don't think its a diet but i just eat less like not too less or too much D1-Done,i could feel the burn but pretty easy and with this exercise i also did hand workout,full body workout
