I did this work out every day for 2 weeks. It was so relaxing and easy to do. I carry a lot of weight in my legs and butt. I measured my legs and butt before beginning and I lost an inch around my calves, thighs and hips! This works 100%! Thanks for this video.

Note: i can't really do the booty blasters because my thighs are touching the ground... Day 6: complete~ Day 7: complete! I will do a check in and measure my legs again tomorrow. Day 8: complete! Check in: - Hips: 85cm - Thigh: 47cm - Calf: 33cm (but I'm not sure if I measured properly the first time) Day 9: I was busy :( Day 10: complete! Day 11: I was busy again (school) Day 12: I did half of it only.... Day 13: busy Day 14: I literally just forgot (No check in because I binge ate a lot and didn't workout... hi guys I am planning to do this for 1 month in my journey to lose 10 kgs I'll be doing April Han's thigh gap, straight leg and abs in 21 days as well with a 1500 cal per day diet, as well as a 30 min dance workouts and probably swimming too thrice a week ( I'm a sports person don't worry, but I really need to lose weight) I will start from 1st May and will be updating every week till 5th of June wish me guys and do remind me to update 😊 height: 160 cms current weight: 57.8 kgs desired weight: 47kg 7th May: 14th May: 57.6 kg 21st May: forgot 28th May: forgot 5th June: 55.2 kg So basically i need to tell that i skipped a lot of days and did not diet and didn't went to swimming as well but still I'm proud of myself that i was able to do these exercises 3 times a week helped me lose almost 3 kgs in a month thank you for being patient with me

Day 1: 59cm R and 60cm L Day 14: 55cm R and 55cm L Day 21: 54cm R and 53cm L Day 28: 52cm R and 53cm L I've got chubby thighs so I still need to lose more fat to see definition, but this video is helping! I have a bad knee so most workouts that have jumps/squats/lunges are impossible for me. I can actually do this one! I do this workout once a day 6 days a week. I am not on a diet. This workout will slowly give you result and help build strength!

What I love most from this exercise is, it is doable for those who have knee problem (including me). There is no squat and there is alternative for exercise that need to kneel. Most of other online exercises are undoable for me

I wish I knew your workouts before! I did lost weight during quarantine in France I managed to loose 8kg doing Zumba and yoga 2 hours a day. But during summer I stopped doing it because I didn’t have enough time and workouts on KZbin were so hard for me. In January my weight was 60kg for 155cm. After Zumba for 3 months i weighted 52. My goal is 46kg or 45. On Monday I tried two of your workouts which are less painful for me and very effective because on Monday I was 50,2kg and now ( 4 days later ) I’m 49,4! So happy! Thank you so much. I will keep doing them for two weeks and then try some of your other videos. May you please do one videos with several postures of yoga? I think it will be good to do more stretching after workout to help our muscles. 🤗

@@herlina4152 and during the lock down I did only Zumba. I started with 4 videos of 3 to 4 minutes then I did more. At the end I did 10 or 12videos. ( but I had time aha). And I also started to do yoga to help my muscle to cool down. But when I stopped it was hard to do it again. So now I start to workout with April’s videos and Zumba. The combination is really good.🤗

Dear April, thank you for your videos! I appreciate it so much, that they are knee friendly! Thats what stopped me from most other workouts. Yours are really good. Currently I'm doing the leg workout, muffin top workout and arm workout in one "lesson". Though I don't do it daily (mostly 2-3 times a week) it really starts showing after only 3 weeks. Results: 48.5cm (but i think my right thighs 48cm lol) WOW i’m genuinely so happy and feel confident :DD I’ve been trying to lose weight for the past 6 months and i started at 51cm DUDE this workout was nearly 50% of my thigh progress. 100% recommend :)

14 days Day 1✔️it was a little hard Day2✔️ I was sore from dance Day3✔️it was good but I’m still sore Day4✔️I wasn’t feeling well but I did it Day 5✔️ Day6✔️ Day7✔️ I don’t see a difference but it is only 7 day so it ok Day 8 ✔️ Day9 ✔️ very little difference 10✔️ there’s definitely a difference Day11✔️ Day12✔️ when I dance it not as noticeable Day13 ✔️ it’s noticeable, but now I have another problem😅😭 Day14 ✔️it noticeable, but not to the point where I like it and there’s other problems that come with it😢 My overall review is that you should do it two times a day but I was only doing it one so there’s more of a difference, but it kind of worked ❤ Another update definitely see it. My family members have comment on it. ❤

Hi guys!! So I will be trying this workout for 2 weeks. If I see results I will continue , if not I will find a different workout!! Start: 56.7kg. End: Day 1: Just finished. Gonna be updating here everyday so I remember to workout. I have an interview in 15 days and I want to fit back into my old pants. Thighs - 59.5 cm Hips - 95.5 cm Calves - 37 cm Day 1 - Done. Day 2 - Done. Day 3 - DONE. Thighs hurt a lot. Day 4 - Done. It was comparatively easy today. Day 5 - Done. Day 6 -Done. Took a break yesterday. It was international yoga day and I celebrated by doing yoga. Day 7 - Done.

I'm going to do this guys. Like this comment to support! Start: 34 cm hips Day1: did the whole set, was easy but was panting by the last exercise Day2:done . ✓ my hamstrings hurt so much! But feeling and overall glute activation. Used resistant bands this time Day3:did it with resistant bands again. this time with more precision,it is becoming toigher as my legs are getting sore.💪🙂 Day 4: feeling great!did a short 5 mins warmup of full body. definitely felt stronger core activation,hence was able to squeeze glutes properly. 🧨💪 Day 5: so sore. getting harder day by day. did half the workout Day 6: missed (period) Day 7:(period) ouch! Day 8: did the halfset with a 5-min warm-up. i really overate the last 2 days but.. let's hope for the best! Day 9: sick 😷🤧 but let's do it! i can feel such a good tightness in my hip area. even my walk gotstraighter,more controlled. 5 more days to go!🥰 due to some serious illness,i could not update, sorry for that. here's the real info: Day 14:33.5 cm there's really not much significant changes in my appearance. Cellulite didn't melt much. but i do feel the strength in my lower body. I can climb stairs so much more easily. i didn't know what to expect,but since this is a low impact cardio, 0.5 cm is agreat progress gicen i wasn't eating healthy! no other work outs or walking/activities either so..yeah this works

I want to this too 2 times in a day! But i'm not doing the roll at the end My leg : 65 Day 1: i i'm sweating, i'm doing it when daring! Day 2 : it's still a lil bit hard Day 3: same hahaha but I enjoy it now Day 4&5: I missed it :( Day 6: I'm getting used to it and trying other videos, and now my legs are 64 cm! Tbh i'm on a simple diet, I avoid foods containing flour, oil, coconut milk, sugar. It's not a hard diet! And every day I drink 2L of water and don't eat snacks

Bruh- id like to be slim like her- I’m overweight for my height and bone structure ( it mostly settles in my butt and thighs). The extra body fat makes me curvy- but very uncomfortable and puts more weight on my damaged knee- . I’m not the type of person to want to look super fem either ...I’d rather be more androgynous. At this point it didn’t hurt to try these, wish me luck everyone !

I have hyper extension knees and I hated them all my life but I never knew what they were called lol. I’ll try this to hopefully fix it I’ll say if I get results!!

REDOING BC MY MOTIVATION WAS DEAD NOT ME KAJFJENSN Doing this everyday for 1 month, need to get to 35 inch hip! Current hip: 38.5 in Right thigh: 22 in Left thigh: 22 in 1 month later: (I skipped days, but I’m doing it for more) Hip: 37.5in Right thigh: 21.5in Left thigh: 21in 1 month later (3 months total) I haven’t been tracking but I’ve been doing almost 1x per day (not including sat & sun) Hip- 36in Right leg- 20in Left leg- 20in 1 more month later: Hip: 35in Right thigh: 19in Left thigh: 19in I LOVE YOU APRIL THIS WORKS GUYS Looks like it’s working!!!

So I've been trying to lose some thighs weight before I started a diet I used to be 67cm I've lost some weight and then stopped losing I'm starting from today 23th March I'll keep updating so that I don't get lazy lol Thighs size when I started : 58Cm Wich is about 23In Day 1 : *done only once cuz I saw this video late at night* D2 : *done in the morning once and I did some other workouts after* D3 : *done I did some pelvic opening exercises and it's getting easier* D4 : *done and done* D5 : *couldn't do it had some bad cramps* D6: *done and btw lost 1cm and a half so now I'm almost 56* D7 : *done twice so it's been a week I'm 22in =56cm it really gets easier and I'm kinda having fun doing them ngl* D8 : *done done done done* D9 *period break* D10 *done with less enthusiasm lol* D11 *DONE* D12 : *done* D13 : *done* D14 : *done* Btw I stopped at 14 When I first started my thighs measurement was 58cm and after 2 weeks I'm 55cm I can see that my thighs are slimmer and shaped so go for it 🤝🤝

@@yasminkhalifa8709 Hi , I did lose some weight cuz I've been doing some other exercises ,, I did lose like 4cm of my thighs and I can see that those exercises do shape the thighs and make them look slimmer ,, so go for it

Let's do it Day1-👍🏼felt easy Day2-👍🏼felt the soreness Day3-👍🏼able to do all exercise easily but my side thighs were sore Day4-👍🏼 Day5-👍🏼 Day-6👍🏼 Day7-👍🏼 to be honest I can't see results but let's go ahead!! Day8-👍🏼 Day9-👍🏼hmm...tdy I feel my thighs are quiet small, maybe I'm hallucinating 😂 Day10-👍🏼 I'm not hallucinating !! It happened... Начну делать. 1 день = /сделано / 2 день = [сделано) 3 день = (не сделано) по причине того что в этот день я не соблюдала дефицит калорий и был большой срыв, поэтому считаю что делать упражнения лишние. 4 день =( сделано) 5 день = сделано 6 день = сделано 7 день = сделано

@@nura-si6zx спасибо большое) Нет, мышцы не болят т. к. они привыкли к физ. нагрузкам я делаю ещё тренировки Хлои Тинг, и тренировка Эприл на живот.
