I have Hot take. I think Jerry Jones present is much of a cover for these coaches as a problem. Sometime the most baffling thing of sports could be bad coaching. It took Maverick fans years to finally admit Rick Carlisle had a problem with young players. Some fans use to blame Mark Cuban for veterans playing over the youth. Mike had a bad year of coaching because of Jerry Jones talking to the media has made people completely forgot about Mike. I'm not saying that Jerry doesn't have issues but I bet there's been a lot of bad coaching decisions that have been thrown to Jerry.

What I don’t understand is everyone says “Jerry is only concerned about making money” but if the Cowboys were winning Super Bowls like Kansas City, they’d be even more valuable. There would be far more sales of gear, ticket prices would be higher, far more money would come in.

Do you really believe they bring a GM in fans people stop blaming Jerry. People forget when Bill parcells was here, people blame Jerry for not interfering with him specifically not stripping him of the offensive coordinate position and giving it to Sean Payton. @ play calling needs to be better. Not everything is on him. Run game has been non existent, receivers dropping wide open passes, defense getting beat so bad it looked like they were playing terrible zone coverage. Not everything os on the QB when a team loses

I disagree on the John Mingo thing. He said before getting drafted that he spent a lot of time talking with Dallas. I think Jerry looked at it and thought maybe i can steal a second round talent for a fourth round pick. If he sucks hes physical enough to play special teams. He was probably thinking about spending a 4th on a reciever anyway. Also we have 10 picks in the draft so i get the thinking. Jerry is a much better owner than people say he is. We just aint won nothing in a while so that counts against him.

I've been saying for years that it doesn't matter who the head coach is because Jerry undermines them. The head coach should be the HMFIC over the players. That's how you toughen them up, get them ready to play and show up in playoff games. But, everyone knows that the head coach of the Cowboys is NOT who is in charge, Jerry is.

Our saying a player that's been out due to injury & saying he will be back this week & coach & docs have not said it. Not letting Head Coach pick all of his staff without Jerry meddling.
