I love when you tell stories like this :) And I absolutely agree with the tale. Every day in our life we have choices to make not just about our actions, but our thoughts as well. There are two types people: when they see someone who is smarter or more beautiful than they are: First group is trying to put the person down and find flaws in the person Second group is happy for the person and is inspired to be better. I prefer 2nd group :)

This is a Cherokee story I grew up with this story. If anyone is interested, you can find the story on KZbin by searching for THE TALE OF THE TWO WOLVES THE COMPLETE STORY! It doesn't end with just feeding one or the other but rather FEEDING BOTH WOLVES!!

Great story! And well told, Shogo. My understanding, from how you tell it and your notes, is that the wolves are a metaphor and a nondual construct of sorts. That said, a question am unable to answer is how can we exclusively feed one wolf... without the other wolf starving? Especially if the wolves can only exist as a pair. If one survives, they both live. If one dies they both perish.

everything we percieve is man-made, though i think that moral aspects are not. is being good or being bad man made? i think that only the bad personality was made by man due to greed and selfishness. being "good" has always been in our nature.

Our ethics are simple, common good serves to make it easier for our offspring to survive. Dog eat dog apes are extinct, for a reason.

I get what people are getting at when they say that good and evil, light and darkness, are only a figment of your imagination; however, since it is generally accepted that everything else in the world is also possibly a figment of the imagination, why should we even bring it up in the first place? I mean you have to accept the rest of the world as reality to function. So going with the point of the video, you have to accept there is darkness in you. You can feel it in your gut, or rather the emptiness in your gut. After all, that's what darkness is, the absence of light. We have to accept that none of us are perfect aside from Jesus and ask for forgiveness. Peace and be blessed with your KZbin channel, I've really learned a lot from your videos dude.
