What I like best about this video is that it focuses intently on the one and only facet of the golf swing that most weekend golfers don't do correctly. I won our club match play championship last year and my average drive is only about 180 (I'm 83 years old). Every single golfer I competed against outdrove me by many yards. But they were trying to power the swing with the hands and arms. So they didn't know where the ball was going to go and they were in the rough or the woods a lot. And they had a tendency to use the hands a lot in the short game, which led to many yips and chunks. Until these golfers understand what Dan Martin is teaching, they will never dramatically improve.

One of the cool things Dan that the pro taught me to do is a very consistent pre-shot routine which has certainly paid dividends I used to be fairly static with my pressure before I started the golf swing. Now I always do pressure right, pressure left, pressure right again to start the backswing, pressure left to change the direction of the club towards the target

Thanks, Michael! I agree! I am almost finished with a complete training program for the PRO that simplifies the physics and speeds up the process of learning how to use it properly. I will be releasing a beta-test version to those who have purchased the PRO in the past very soon!

I’m new to golf and I’m going to get my golf set soon. I was wondering if the weight of the club has any effect on the momentum transfer and the natural lag that happens? I’m thinking about going graphite but wasn’t sure if the light weight shafts will have a negative affect on the momentum. Appreciate your videos!

No - but the heavier the club, the more difficult it will be to sling it into motion and may make it more difficult for you to train your nervous system to allow energy to flow. Shafts are highly swing and player dependent - so as your first set, I wouldn't worry too much!!

Nope it’s $497 for the coaching and knowledge base that comes with it. It’s worth thousands in lessons. The PRO only works if you truly understand it. I’ll be here when you are ready!
