I did these arm workouts twice a day for a couple months before my wedding last July 23 and it definitely toned, sculptured and defined my arms for my big day! Such small, quick and easy exercises but BIG results! 💪🏼☺️

This is my main workout! I do it twice at day and I changed my food habits too. The result: 5.3kg loss in 2 weeks! My arms are still fatty but I can see the work. Really thanks, Lucy!

I removed completly the fizzy drinks, bread, cakes and fried food. Its a bit boring but thats what you need to remove from your regular diet if you want to lose weight. Now I eat a lot of fish, turkey, chicken, fruit and vegetables.

I do this twice a day, (it's SO handy for a busy lifestyle), and have seen better results than I would if I'd done workouts with weights (which I've also tried, but this worked a lot quicker) DO IT!!!

I work as a receptionist, so i sit at the front of the office alone. I do this work out a couple of times a day at work and i can feel the burn! Its so convenient and simple, yet you can feel it working :)

I'm doing this twice a day without fail I'll let you know how I get on: Week 1: nothing yet, arms felt really challenged afterwards Week 2: forearms look slightly more toned, didn't feel as challenged as last week Week 3: Forearms definitely feel more toned, arms felt a bit more challenged afterwards Week 4: bingo wings are slowly disappearing, forearms are definitely more toned Week 5: forearms are definitely getting toned and bingo wings are definitely starting to disappear Week 6: same as before Week 7: forearms are definitely more toned Week 8: biceps are feeling a little more toned Week 9: forearms are looking and feeling more toned Week 10: Week 11: Week 12:

Lucy, I have been doing all of your videos now for about a week just in time for summer. You have no idea how amazing your training has been . After my ankle tendon surgery after riding horses for 20 years, I was basically not allowed to do any workouts at all . Now I can! Thank you!

So about a week and a half ago I started doing this 1 to 2 times day, and for everyone asking about results, my friends didn't believe me when they felt my arms. I change it up between the 3 and 4 minute workouts you have. I can't stop feeling my arms!

I agree to this....I always found workout like a punishment and a whole lot of painful process....but Lucy,you've made these workouts so simple and effective that I started to love it. And I feel motivated to start whole process overall even if I miss a day.... thanks a mill Lucy....Love from India❤

@@isma1079 Actually no it didn't get rid of anything, it just toned my hands. Now I don't have bingo wings and have muscles instead because of lifting weights(but I still have a little bit loose skin cause I don't lift quite often).

@@isma1079 and for the third question I don't know because when I stopped I started lifting weight(as I said). But I think they'll come back because this exercise just tone the arm(building muscles helps more)

Usually I do about 50 minutes of your videos a day (usually hiit, abs, fat burning), but today I thought I'd do this arm workout as I didn't feel motivated enough for a long workout and I loved it. Added it to my playlist so infuture every day I'll give my arms a good workout!

I have started this workout Arms : 11.5 inches Day1: painful but manageable 💪🏻 Day 2: same as above but hands were already little in pain due to yesterday’s workout😅 Day 3: still painful but was easy as compared to yesterday 👍🏻

also Lucy I find your videos the easiest to follow, you explain the moves so well, and I like the the "move coming up clip" so that you are prepared, unlike some other work out videos they do it so quickly its hard to follow and keep up! especially if your a first time viewer, I will be sticking to your channel now for workout videos! thanks

@@isma1079 Yes. I was surprised! I was a bit sceptical at first but honestly if you're consistent you will see a massive difference. I did stop and saw my arms getting slightly bigger but that's bound to happen nothing drastic though. I've started this workout again and will keep at it it's great! Good luck :)

Bey Kg But you can try it and see how it works for you. There’s no harm in doing exercise anyway. If you can try harder exercises or go to gym.

Bey Kg ahh I want broader shoulder as my arms are too fat & my shoulders are too small, they look ugly and I can’t wear sleeveless shirts because I’m going to look like a fat auntie 🤣! I think broad shoulders are good tbh! No problem English is not my first language too!

I love your video so much. One of the things I love so much is that there is NO MUSIC!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO much for that. I am so happy i decided to start getting in shape when i did because it was the right time. watching the sacconejolys and learning what i can eat without starving and hearing about you and my legs and arms killing me after doing 3 of your workout routines im amazed! i have such a problem with my bust getting in the way and being bigger bras and sports bras just make life harder.. so doing these workouts everyday without being executed is just amazing. and i have to thank you. i wish you where in america and i could hire you haha

Have been doing the work out for about 3 days . I do it twice in succession because I didn't feel enough burn. Having said that really enjoying doing them. Plan to keep a diary . Can't wait the first time I notice a difference. Good luck everyone 😁

I did your two other arm workouts and I thought this one will be easiest one, because is it just 3-minute program. Just the opposite. I feel my arms burning. Thank you very much. I have to say I like the real time and the stretches after (not this video). It is actually very rare that instructors offer stretches on KZbin videos and it is so important. Thank you. Good job😀

I have cut out gluten and dairy and have been doing 50mins on my exercise bike to burn a bit more. I wanted a more cardio type workout and found you and have started your 7day belly burn one along with the bingo wings 3 minute one to make my heart work a bit. Once I am more used to it and as my broken arm continues to heal I will add more difficult ones. Thank You, these are great and theyre accessible to everyone as you give alternatives too. Yours is the least scary whilst really effective regime I have seen!

LOVE this workout! I do this followed by Lucy's 4 minute arm workout and can really feel the burn! I hate my bingo wings, especially in the summer when you cant hide them! hope to see a difference soon

I do this about 5 times a week along with the 4 min one & have noticed a big difference in 4 months. Bingo wings reducing & can even see some muscle definition. Highly recommend :)

I absolutely love this workout. As I have a past shoulder injury I find it difficult to find arm exercises that are non-weight bearing and can be adapted to my current range of motion. I will definitely be adding this to my regular work out regime! Thanks!

Lucy,it's really working. Am so happy . My arm size 13.5 Am doing this exercise only 5 days . My arm size change 11 .5, lots of love from kerala ,India. Those who are looking for toning your arm just doing this workout and along another video lucy 7 min workout . It will help u

I'm gonna try this for 5 days cuz my school will start after 5 days from now😂 Gonna do this twice a day ✌️ Day 1 (August 23) ✅ It was so tiring but I can feel that it's working😊 Day 2 (August 24) ✅ Sorry cuz I slept after I workout,same as yesterday but I feel that it is working Day 3 (August 25) ✅ Okay,my feet hurts and it's kinda hard to walk but I guess it's working No pain no gain💪 Day 4 (August 26) Day 5 (August 27) And I'm gonna do other workouts so I can get my dream body. Wish Me Luck✨

Believe it or not,, I stuck to 12-minute workout with dumbbells for 30 days and the result was a slight difference, I came across this video and I have done these simple movements for 10 days twice a day and the result is quite encouraging,, it works better than any other excecises with weight la ,,, thanks a lot

hey lucy i do your 3 min arms your 4min standing abs and your 7 min standing legs - Love the fact that they are standing because i hate being on the floor and it actually motivates me to exercise and that is not easy to do lol - so glad i found these exercises!!!!!

I did this for a week and lost one inch. Will update next saturday Edit: been doing this for 3 weeks and i feel the burn but arms dont really feel toned. Will try with weights now.

Okay guys I didn't keep updating sorry but it's day 20 & I thought I had enough of this & changed to 4mins best arm toning video by her. It's harder. I do notice slimming of arms. Did it for 19 days... tho i planned doing it for 21, but oh well I'll do the other one now. The other one is very stressing but we'll get used to it I guess. My recommendation would be- Im not fat nor was i ever fat, but- If you're someone who's very fat and it's hard for you to work out, start with this & do it for 1month. Then move onto the 4 min arm toning video. You'll know your body better. JUST DON'T GIVE UP. That's the key. It works, I guarantee you. You just have to keep going. Besides, currently I'm doing the 7 mins 7 days belly fat reduction (waist slimming; series 1) by her. It had worked for me before too. Week 1 I had lost 1.5-2" of waist. And week 2 I lost 0.7". Felt progress was getting slow so thought of changing exercise. But, came back to the initial waist one. And I had started doing the 3mins abs workout by her, VERY EFFECTIVE , BUT- I noticed on day 4 that my waist was getting broader which just meant my waist training was going in vain and I'm really working out because I wanna look good for a huge upcoming festival. So now from today I've started her standing abs workout 7days challenge, 8mins a day. I really really hope. It works and gives me abs. I can do this for 15 days (including today). Still got time. PS. Im also on a diet, BUT even if you're not on a diet, you will lose some weight from body because ...EXERCISE IS EXERCISE. It's got its impact. Just remember whatever exercise you do, do it PROPERLY so that you don't have to do it again.
