Welcome to the Fall Fitness Challenge 2024! We have 4 weeks to work those arms and abs! For week 1, do this workout 3 days this week. Think every other day. Then I will see you back here next week for a whole NEW workout for Week 2 of the Challenge! Enjoy

I'm starting this series again. I really enjoyed it. I still can't lift my legs during Russian twists but hopefully with time. I did the abs portion twice

I started the challenge late, but I'm doing it nonetheless. I just finished day 2 of week 1 and boy, oh boy, this is GREAT! It's definitely a challenge but I love feeling the soreness :)

12:35 I loved this work out . I incorporated the kettle bell when you used the one dumb bell in circuit 3, would it be possible to do a kettle bell work out in the near future at all?

I’m pretty habitual healthy eater for breakfast lunch and snacks. When it comes to dinner I’m more lose on what I eat nightly- I just practice moderation so it’s never an issue even if it’s pizza one night. 80/20 plan. 80% healthy 20% living life eating what you want in moderation!

Oh! That is really amazing. It is the same for me :( I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law. I could not even finish circuit 1 and gave up. My MIL did the full lesson. And she used much heavier dumbbells than me :( Her biceps and strength are far more than me. I feel very low :(

I love the armed portion of this workout but I noticed the timer was running out of time and still no abs. Then it looks like you added some time on to this video so the time for this video is very deceiving and it's going to make me a little late for work. I love your workouts but this one was not the best for abs
