Amazing tutorial. Do you know if there's a way to get the bloom from lens effect to work only on select objects? I have other objects in my scene which I don't want to be affected
@borismc6681 Жыл бұрын
i guess you would do that on post. Creating render passes to that specific object you want with the bloom and another layer for the rest.

Hey bro i have a question so long time, how to add mov animation ( black and white) map into arnold shader, i want to animation shader tranform, thanks!, i added mov before but it nothing happen
@drewendly892 жыл бұрын
Now how would you go about doing this without any refraction in the transmission? IOR of 1.0? Or if you wanted floating holographic light that is additive, doesn't cast shadows, and avoids using transmission rays? Imagine a transparent glass display, except without the glass, just holographic light that is additive when layers overlap.

Great as always! Is there a way to render just the first hit of rays, so you get the effect that the hologram looks like a single layer without the back geometry?

I show 3 ways how to do this at the 2 minute mark. Thanks for watching!

Can this same technique translate over to Arnold for C4D? The interface is very different.
@leegriggs61733 жыл бұрын
The shaders and values are exactly the same in all of the Arnold plugins.

@@LeeGriggs I've tried but I cannot achieve the same result. In order to make somthing similar I had to mantain connection to the cutout opaciy. Btw thanks a lot for your reply. I'ts a pleasure to look at your tutorials
