വളരെ നല്ല അവതരണം.❤ ശ്വാസം മുട്ടിന് ആശ്വാസം മുണ്ട്. ഒരു മൂക്കിൻ നിന്ന് എടുത്തു മറ്റേ മൂക്കിലൂടെ വിടുമ്പോൾ 10 സെക്കന്റൊളം ഹോൾഡ് ചെയ്തു നിൽക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

ഞാൻ ഒരു യോഗ അറിയുന്ന ആളല്ലാ എങ്കിലും പൂജ പഠിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് അതിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ട്, ശ്വാസം വലിച്ചു കുമ്പിച്ചു (ശ്വാസം ഹോൾഡ് )പിടിക്കുന്നതും പുറത്തേക്ക് വിടുന്നതും പറ്റാവുന്ന അത്ര ഒരു പോലെ കൗണ്ട് ചെയ്താൽ നല്ലതാണ്, പുതിയ ചെയ്യുന്ന ആളുകൾക്ക് സംശയം ഇല്ലാതെ ചെയ്യാം

Yoga Asanas/pranayama are not a pill you can swallow. They have subtle but profound impact on the energy body. Beginners can safely and gradually practice pawan mutkhasana series and deep breathing( which again has stages like thoracic breathing, abdominal breathing etc). Surya namaskar could be next but start with one around and increase gradually. Anulom Vilom should be practiced only after abdominal breathing is mastered. Again practitioner shouldn't jump into alternate nostril breathing stage until preliminary stages are mastered. Please read the modern classic "asana pranayama mudra bandha" by Swami Satayanada Saraswathi.
