Where do I start? This was GREAT! I am a very athletic and active person who bought a house with an Endless Pool. I recognize the value of having this pool, the benefits of swimming ... but I find swimming laps in that thing incredibly boring. I force myself to swim from time to time, but have been looking for other ways to use the pool. I've never done a live water aerobics class, but bought a DVD, hand buoys and a belt. I later tried out some online classes. Everything was way too easy. I figured there had to be a more advanced water aerobics class, but couldn't find one ... until I found your class! This was a perfect challenge. You explained and showed things perfectly - loved the underwater views (another problem I have is that I'm uncoordinated and can miss whole movements trying to figure out choreography). Thank you so much for giving me something to mix up my exercise routine.
