🥰 Congratulations Aaron and Claire! Somebody asked about vegetarian options, since my son is vegetarian I have to substitute all meat with vegetarian meat which is widely available nowadays. Good news, there is vegetarian oyster sauce or sometimes ccall Mushroom sauce and even vegetarian fish sauce called “ Pineapple made vegetarian fish sauce“. There’s a lot of vegetarian substitutes out there,so you just need to look. If you live in California especially in the Bay Area, you can find these in the some Asian markets. I’m sure you can find them online if you don’t find it in the stores near you. Happy cooking everyone! 💓😘
