I eat this ginger as a snack all on its own. So I read of buying I need to make my own at this point 🙊 thanks 🙏🏽 for the recipe

The only thing that may ruin mine is the ginger i got... i couldnt find young ginger, plus its winter right now but i love how beautiful and simple gari is! Also your video was so pleasing to watch so thank you so much!!

What does “cc” mean in the measurements?

Hi, I'd like to know if there is a especial kind of ginger to make the pickle, because the one i have is too fiber and hard to slice

I use young ginger which has not fiber much. I think gingers that you can get in your country are stored and dried for a few months already. We also have the kind too. You might be able to find young ginger in a specific season of the year. Hope you can find it!!

What is Kombu stock and where do I find it?

Kombu stock is just mixture of kombu seaweed and water. I think you can find dried kombu (kelp) online or at an asian super market.

I wonder what the normal vinegar is made from, but I think you can use it instead:) You can also use apple vinegar, too!
