Warm-up - 3 Rounds:
Leg Swings (10 per leg)
20 Body Weight Squats
Bear Crawl
Walking Lunge stretch with T-Spine Rotation
Inch Worms with a push-up
Cossack Squat + Hamstring Stretch
20 Sec Hollow Hold
30 Sec Plank
Part 1 - Animal Flow:
5 Rounds, 5 Reps, 60 sec rest
1 Rep= loaded beast to front kick thru e/s, crab reach e/s
Part 2 - Kettlebell Flow:
4 Rounds, increasing reps each round (3, 5, 7, 9), 60-90 sec rest
1 Rep= Hike Swing, Hop Forward, Clean, Squat, Press
