First and randomly, I had a dream Sydney was pregnant. Second, that workout flew by and I love it!!!! It was nice to slow down and focus on mobility and really feel each move. Woke up not feeling the best but was still able to push through. This was a lot of fun but my balance was awful 😂😂. I started to talk myself out of working out but knew once I started I would feel better. Used a lot lighter weights than normal today but that's OK. Its where I was today 🤷♀️.
