First and randomly, I had a dream Sydney was pregnant. Second, that workout flew by and I love it!!!! It was nice to slow down and focus on mobility and really feel each move. I’m already very sore from a make up legs/glute workout and have a feeling this won’t help 😂 Super fun variety and LOVE a 30 minute workout. Thank you 😊

Woke up not feeling the best but was still able to push through. This was a lot of fun but my balance was awful 😂😂. I started to talk myself out of working out but knew once I started I would feel better. Used a lot lighter weights than normal today but that's OK. Its where I was today 🤷‍♀️. I LOVED this workout! I was really tight when we were doing the kneeling arch over. It got better each round. But sure did recognize that I need to move more side to side. Thank you so much, Sydney for doing this! I’ve enjoyed working out with you for a few months now after ending my membership with the gym. Thanks for the great workout! I’ve been doing your workouts for almost 6 years now. This was the first morning not a one of my four children (10,8,8,5) woke up before I finished needing me immediately! - very exciting! For all the parents doing these workouts and having to pause 5-50 times before finishing to tend to littles, it’ll get better! Stick with it! Thanks again Sydney for helping me stay healthy!

This was a great challenge. The set I felt most resistance to was the sumo squat to tricep extension. Felt like my squat wasn’t deep enough!!! Have a great Monday!!!

I loved this workout to get deep into the exercises. That was different. Most resistant was squat and triceps overhead. It seems I am tight in the lats so I need more stretching there. Thank you Sydney for making me award of this.
