Loved the full body workout this morning. Favorite moves were the balance / arm moves at the end. My balance has improved soooo much since I started doing Chris’s workouts! Also loved the tips on doing elevated squats - new move for me. Feeling Friday Fine this morning, thanks Chris!❤

Yay, Jim was able to do the tree pose w/tricep extensions without losing his balance!! He has improved so much since starting working out with you!! My favorite was the wall sit..on or off Jim’s lap🥰

This was a tough, but great session, working so many muscles, core and getting a good sweat. What a week in CDorner Fitness Land! We were challenged and with that, we’re stronger! 💪💪💪 I appreciate that you keep the language clean in your videos. I think there’s a time and place to swear, I certainly do, but not necessary to curse all the time.

I love the full bodied today 12/5/23. It fully toned me all over. Thanks for the info on working the different muscles with different weights. Since doing strength training with you I look marvellous, no dieting just no kind of sugar, eating or drinking. Let's hope I can continue your workouts

That hamstring curl with the dumbbell between your feet? The first time I did it with 5-lb ankle weights and didn't feel much. The second time I added a 10-lb dumbbell between my feet. Holy moley! My CALVES were screaming. Sore the next day in a way they don't get with standing calf raises. And you call this a HAMSTRING exercise?!!! BTW, I LOVE the way you incorporate balance. I'm 72 and REALLY need to do more balance exercises, which I'm prone to avoiding.

Seeing a difference just with one full body without cardio a week. This morning I wanted to do cardio but I made myself do a strength training! This was great … used a few modifications but I am amazed at how strong my core is getting now I do your strength programmes and not just step and cardio … I have been proper strength training at home for a few years now but your programmes give such variety I am properly working muscles and doing way more core which I used to avoid if I am honest .. thank you so much ❤for all your hard work putting these workouts together 45mins goes so quickly xx

I’m part of the after party crowd 🎉! I went to the gym as a guest with a friend. I love strength training so much! I opted for this workout as my Saturday workout instead of step. Speaking of stinging insects, when I was to the balance bis and tris, I had a wasp flying around me 😬. Anyway I loved the balance incorporated into many of the moves! This was a fantastic workout! Absoltuely one of my favorite classes. I have my AC blasting and I'm still dripping sweat. Loved all the balance, core and back work. Yes, I repeated those last two moves because to me they were sort of stretching plus strength and felt really good.

Part of the after party today. I only had to modify when you did the floor "push ups" on know with weights - there I did a plank for each round. Dare I say that I'm proud of myself. I thought the squats on my toes would be hard; they weren't easy, but I was able to do them when I initially thought I wouldn't be able to.
