Soooo fun - love that Joel and I laugh at your interactions. I really like separating the elements (loving the 3 rounds for the body area) cuz I can very much focus on form.

Fantastic full body! I was able to go heavier consistently for most moves and kept form. Good to see Joel back, he is funny. I workout in the after party, but always wondered how people are able to chat and workout during the lives simultaneously too. Happy someone asked. 😂 Thank YOU! ❤❤❤

I LOVED this (and not just because Joel was a guest, but that was an awesome bonus)! Heavy, concentrated strength training is my absolute favorite type of strength workout. I grabbed my gloves and went HEAVY today. It felt so good (and the gloves really do help with grip!). Thank you, thank you!

This workout had everything, variety, great banter with Joel and an amazing strength training set of exercises....no excuse not to work hard because there are plenty of options to scale up and down as you need. I really enjoyed this, thank you both. One I will go back to. (ps after my knee op, I was mortified that I needed a "high rise" loo seat for a while and couldnt wait to ditch it so I totally get it! 🤣)

This was the perfect workout for me today. I have been lowering my weight since a knee injury last month but this one was great to test out going back up since it was a back to basics. Thanks! Side note: when you say you hope to get people’s names right I wanted to tell you that I had a patient name Saoirse the other day & she was so surprised that I knew how too pronounce her name & I had to say it was thanks to you!😉

I love these "old school " types of workouts! I know we need compound exercises, but I like basic straightforward exercises! Thanks for always providing a variety. I like Joel too!

I love it when Joel joins you! And those toilet seats ... they are the bomb! One of my friends had one. A few of us were over at her house one night, and since then, two of the husbands (including mine) have had to install them. We have two other bathrooms in the house, but I only use that one.

Loved everything about this! I was happy that the lunges you referred to were side to side. I was cracking up the end about the toilet😂. I feel the same way about all the stairs in my house that you do about not wanting to modify things because of getting older. Thank you both for a great workout and a good time!

It's nice to do these back to basics, and I often find I am more sore doing these after as opposed to compound moves. I upped my weights on the first 2 moves today, and grip strength was the most challenging part. Always nice to have guests to keep us distracted and so happy to see Anna walking and of course, Louie!

Fast! 50 minutes and excellent focus with slight tweaks to the moves to ensure feeling each body part tomorrow. That’s only some of the muscle memory that I get from Chris! Love Joel’s relaxed diligence- and of course, his humor. No to the heated toilet seat-
