Halloween is upon us so you might be sugar binging (we are too). This free workout is designed to convert glucose intake (candy) into fuel for movement. The workout includes three phases: the stretch, prime time, and the main event. Each phase will contribute to your goals of becoming a better athlete and avoiding a sugar crash. GBG!
