PCSO's break the law everytime they are asked to provide their designation card. If you were ever to get charged with an offence due to a interaction with a PCSO then the case could be thrown out on technicality due to the PCSO breaking the law.

I'm not sure why so many people are defending the peeing on the doorway or wall. It's not a crime of the century but it's still something that should be addressed. There are public toilets that can be used. I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate someone peeing on your house and having to clean it up every day to keep the smell away. The traffic warden was calm, polite and willingly explained the situation. And according to him, the homeless guy is getting a £60 per day allowance from his family.

Locked up 3 meals a day and a bed to sleep on?roof over his head, paid by the council which could be done in the fist place.One never know why one is homeless. I once knew a man called Bazell in Plymouth used to buy him a cup of tea and a sandwich when down in the bus station as he always frequent their due to the seating being sheltered. Unfortunately he has died long a go. but when found. He had loads of money sown in to the lining of his coat. Some people are happy on the streets. It has been said he lived in a cave on Holden hill going to Exeter.

There's a serious public safety issue when PCSO's don't identify on request, well, any public servant for that matter. As they were both PCSO's and you managed to get at least one number, I hope you put in a formal complaint. But I am glad the Traffic Warden knows the line that can't be crossed, when issuing parking tickets to police vehicles. They're all grasses at the end of the day. Great video as always.

I know I will get abuse for this comment, but here goes. Who wants anyone, be them homeless or not pissing in the high street in the middle of the day, I don't. If he is that down and out that he can't even be bothered to find a public lav or a back ally somewhere he may well need to be sectioned for his own good. Now, I believe its poor state of affairs to see anyone sleeping on the streets and I hope AB goes into his local council to see if anything can be done about it.

I've seen a video on here of a McDonald in the USA where a member of the public wen't in with the homeless guy to buy some food for him and the McDonald's manager called the police saying the homeless guy was begging and they wanted him kicked out.

I enjoy a lot of these videos but tbh a quick check to find less than a 2 min walk from the homless guy is a public toilet and supermarket that will have toilets he could of used. I have nothing against the homeless and I tend to give them a few quid if I can but it's not exceptable to be pissing in the street up a doorway in full view of children and other people that could be walking past. Keep it real the police didn't really make a fuss and moved on. I think on this occasion the camera man is doing the walk of shame.

Just so you know when a company says policy people with cameras tell them that's not the law and don't have to comply with not filming. It's the police policy to identify when asks and dealing with members of the public. Again its not written in law.
