@Miss.Florida.Winner As an attorney, you’re absolutely correct. File an IFP at the clerk of court, free, takes about 15 minutes. The respondent will be served a copy of the paperwork. A court date will be set in your county. A judge will pre-read your statement, review attached evidence, and most likely grant an IFP for a year. If the respondent doesn’t comply, a contempt of court will be issued and the other party will receive a warrant for arrest resulting in 30-90 days of jail. One can also hire a Lawfirm, free legal services online or seek a local abuse center for free resources and services.

Ok so I totally relate. I had a phone stalker for the better part of 3 decades because somebody rich and powerful decided to focus his extreme grandiose narcissistic OCD problem on me. Not a thing I could do, until FINALLY technology outstripped his ability to find me because reliance on a landline was AT LONG BLEDDY LAST no longer a thing. No unlisted number was going to defeat his total obsession with stalking and harassing me everywhere I went for NEARLY 30 YEARS, folks. He's gonna end up paying soon enough, though, because of #metoo. People are finally going to hear about it as soon as my resources will allow. So yeah, justice is a very difficult thing to achieve in certain cases (once I even talked to the local police... about something happening from another country. Yeah. Good luck with THAT, right?) In short, I've been silent about it for long enough. So stalker stories have a particular resonance for me. Put them all in jail until they learn their lesson, please. 😑

@spartan02elite10 ай бұрын
@mathiaswilhelm1902 Yes, essentially what I said. Stalking wouldn't be federal as each state would handle it according to their own legislation A good example would be gun laws. There's gun laws imposed by federal legislation but there's also individual state gun laws. You might be fine to have your gun in Texas and find yourself committing a crime when you drive into california with it. There's elements of Stalking that could slip into federal crime like kidnapping can become a federal crime but federal crime really is any crimes that fall under federal law which are laws imposed by the federal government across any U.S. Territory but states also have an amount of freedom to dictate state laws Also federal prisons are generally considered much better places to be when taking on prison time. Less violent and typically populated by career criminals, political prisoners, etc While state prisons are considered the worst but also better then municipal jail Edit: actually I'm not sure it has to be on U.S. territory for the federal government to get involved they may step in with international affairs or collaborate with international governments

When I was a sophomore in HS I started living on my own in a duplex I was renting. I worked at a pizza shop to cover my bills. This creep first saw me at the pizza place and started placing orders and asking for me to deliver them (I just made the pizzas and worked in shop) after a couple of months he started calling my cell phone. He then somehow found out where I lived and would sit outside in his truck for HOURS at night calling my phone knowing I was alone. It was horrifying. Truly. I was so young and afraid of being alone in the world as it was. Stalking is NOT funny in any way- even if the roles are reversed! This woman needs some help.

She could be creating content based on impulses she's had, but to be fair her persona is very, horror movie appropriate, and it makes me uncomfortable. Like if someone was doing a murderer persona I'm pretty sure that could be taken seriously, so where is the line, because stalking behavior is typically how that shit starts, same as "obsession". Love the videos August, you are wise beyond your years, I'm 31 and greatly enjoy your content, because you're real, and grounded to reality, thank you for not being a persona, it's easy to tell you're genuine and doing content that you feel needs to be done instead of just for views, that's why you have youtube success. Legend. Hopefully you get your reversed sleep schedule fixed buddy!
