Excellent, recipe . Almost similar to chicken dum biryani but with a little change, I will certainly try it. Kindly share recipe for galawati kebab and chicken tikka , unfortunately wen we make chicken tikka at home it's always dry, unlike in restaurant the chicken is quiet juicy, i am not sure wat they do otherwise to make it juicy. Your tip of using papaya with skin is precise as always

Dear sister what is the reason behind pouring oil after BIRYANI is cooked and in the resting period . Kindly explain .

Great question! Pouring oil makes rice strong and coarse. Also since it is the oil from fried onions it adds the flavor to the rice and keeps it moist. If you add oil before rice will be oily from below and dry from above. Hope this helps sister 💕

No need to boil mutton: in this recipe raw mutton is used with papaya as tenderizer. Mutton gets well cooked with rice if you follow step by step instructions in this video. Try if you don’t believe 😉
