The husbeast and I went to the “life is but a dream” tour and it was soo amazing. Even with M shadows being poorly and needing vocal support by the band, it was a fantastic show . The entire lineup really was incredible. It never happens where your stoked for all the bands on the show.

Different A7X songs have a different appeals to them. This is one of their most straight forward songs musically. I believe the song is about their friend that committed suicided. It's simpler but the feels and intensity are there. This song goes into Part 2 which picks up more and lyrically was written from another point of view.

I'm a die-hard Metallica fan, and loved listening to his interpretation and thoughts on the instrumentals. Cliff Burton was actually credited numerous times by the other three as being the only member with any knowledge of musical theory. I'd love to hear his interpretation of Outlaw Torn or Bleeding Me!

thanks to this band i found about your channel and i liked u guys from this reaction video now about the band itself, this song really isn't the one that can make u fall in love with this band so it isn't great introduction song but this song's second part: "I Won’t See You Tonight Part 2" is way better, i hope u will react to more songs from this band, u can react to songs like: critical acclaim (live in LBC) version the wicked end second heartbeat (live in LBC) version eternal rest sidewinder save me almost easy god damn afterlife (live in LBC) version sunny disposition bat country brompton cocktail blinded in chains unbound (the wild ride) The Stage yeah i know list is kinda to big but there are different genres of songs and hope Jatson (sorry if i spelled name wrong) will like at least some of them

you should look into progressive rock which might just be up your alley. if you want suggestions.. i suggest going for the pioneers like Yes,Genesis (early 70s), King Crimson and Gentle Giant. Out of them Genesis and Gentle Giant sound the closest to classical epic composition so definitely try "The Cinema Show" from Genesis or "The Face" from Gentle Giant.

By far the best Avenged Album. It's all down hill from here. The vocals go way way down hill after this.

The writing went downhill, too, specifically after City of Evil. They had a pickup back to their old aggression on Nightmare, but then The Rev dies of an OD partway through production. The Rev actually did a lot of backing screamed vocals live and in studio, especially in songs like Remenisions, Desecrate Through Reverence, and Beast In The Harlot off of City of Evil.

The Rev also did backing vocals on "God Hates Us" but he legit died before he could record the drum takes past pre-prod-demo. Mike Portnoy was confused by what he was doing, and the song had to be partially re-written and then the guitars had to be chopped up, partially re-recorded & comped as a result.

That is one of their most basic songs, even in that album its extremely basic and simple compared to the other tracks. Not really a good representation or first impression of what they make. Afterlife would've been a better starting song, or M.I.A.. Or from that album, Chapter Four or All Things Will End
