Nah it’s not pansy at all. The great thing about metal is we can write songs as heavy and hard as possible with a meaning. While also turn the cheek and make a song that’s softer while still being heavy with a message. Quite beautiful if you ask me

I've just found your channel and I've been binge watching all your reactions, loving them all. When I got to this one... I just had to share my story with you. (TW: suicide) When I was 16, I was ready to die. I was about to take my life, tired of dealing with trauma from an abusive childhood. I had music on just so I wouldn't think as I did it, and this song came on. The raw pain in Matt Shadows voice, the crying of the instruments, the depth of sorrow the lyrics describe - it all made me think of what I would leave behind if I went through with it. I would hurt my friends, my loved ones, they would all feel like this song feels. So the sheer coincidence of that song coming on at that very moment, in a shuffled playlist of over 1000 songs, is the reason I am still alive today 18 years later. A7X saved my life.

Finally!!! I was waiting for this one to come guys! Hahah... awesome! 'Bout the song, the story behind is related with their first bass player, he wanted to commit suicide, and this first part is about an hypothetical situation of succesfully doing that. The lyrics are related with his point of view, meanwhile part 2 is related with his friends, family's point of view regretting why he did that.

As a long time fan of A7X. Its always good to see these reaction videos. So much tragedy happened within the band, yet they made such amazing music. This song in particular is based off of one of their bassist suicide letters. Like many others, A7X got me through rough times. Everytime I listen to them now, nostalgia, as well as mental reset happens. A7X forever 🤘🏾
